Thank you so much for such a lovely stay. The accommodation was really lovely, warm and comfortable with amazing views. We enjoyed the walks from the door and Melrose was wonderful. The lemon drizzle cake, wine, flowers and milk were very kind.

We were looking for a total peaceful break, clear instructions on how to use amenities, hot tub was really clean and really warm so enjoyed hours relaxing in it! Thank you Ainslie ❤️

My best friend and I rented the place to celebrate our birthday with some beautiful countryside and a hot tub, it really exceeded our expectations. We had issues turning the hot tub on and off again but in terms of using it was perfect. All the amenities were in great working order and beds were very comfortable. Would recommend for families as well with the massive garden and barbecue:)

Beautiful house, the upstairs bedroom, bathroom and sauna really have the wow factor and the hot tub was a bonus. We were lucky with the weather so got to sit out in the secluded garden area and enjoy the sunshine. The fizz and muffins and flowers were a lovely touch.

Our stay at Laura's house was incredible. She provided everything we needed and more. We had our 1yr and 3yr with us and she had a toy for them, provided a high chair and bath seat along with the cot we requested. The house was so clean and beautiful, everything was perfect! Loved being surrounded by farm land, you can see Wallace Monument from the back of the house. The back patio is fenced in so our boys could play safely. We loved the hot tub! What a bonus! Laura responded to every message immediately, she had a welcome basket of food and champagne for us, she was so helpful and accommodating. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Very well designed cottage making the best possible use of quite a small space - with both a shower room and bathroom , utility room as well as kitchen/living space and the patio with hot tub. Although near to the High Street with a range of takeaways and a superb butcher (Hunters) the cottage is in a very quiet street. The nearby Curate Wynd free car park was very handy and we could unload from there. Although Dawn and Darren were away Dawn was on hand to answer any queries. We had a great three day break - spending the days at the RSPB Nature Reserve in stunning weather. We ate out one night at the Balgedie Toll Tavern - highly recommended for great food and very good service.

We had a wonderful few days at this Airbnb. the place was exactly as described with everything that we needed for our stay. Would definitely return.

Had a busy week packed lots in from dining out to the Kelpies, Falkirk wheel and the National portrait gallery. The house was cozy, near local amenities, parking was a bit of a squeeze but doable.

The cottage was perfect, it was everything that it looked like it was, in a great location on the park. I don't think we've slept as well as we have there in some time! Waking up to the birds chirping every morning was absolutely delightful! We'd definitely stay again!

An outstanding place to stay would highly recommend to anyone who’s eager to get away and relax.

we really loved our stay , great location we hired a car and visited loads of places. arrived to a lovely welcome card, fresh fruit and bottle of wine, great touch. 26 acres of land to walk around with great views. our son loved it, didn't want to come home. would highly recommend it! .

Wonderful stay at the Garden Cottage. A perfect location for beach, train, shop access. Beautiful garden with peaceful spots to enjoy it. The cottage instantly feels like home. Jane is lovely - helpful and very responsive.

Kirsteen’s cottage is exactly as described and looks exactly like the pictures. Her cottage is so charming, and was exactly the vibe we wanted to finish out our holiday in Scotland. She was very responsive and did me a solid to let us in an hour early to drop our bags. 100% would stay here again if I am ever in Edinburgh again. Here’s hoping I am!

We had a lovely weekend get together with friends in this cottage. We had a baby in the group too which was very well accommodated for with a high chair and cot. The house was cozy with a fire ready to be lit. We went for a nice walk in the Pentlands and had a peaceful stay in the very quiet bothy. We would definitely come again!

A wonderful cosy cottage, spotless and very homely. We loved the garden room. Lots of personal touches and access to everything you could possibly need for a short break away in Scotland. Just a short drive away from Edinburgh but far enough out to escape the hustle and bustle of a city. Pubs, cafes, and the harbour a 2 minute walk away. Sea views from the bedrooms. Highly reccomend for families. Host was amazing thank you so much for the welcome basket! x

Kerry helped us out massively when another Airbnb host cancelled at the last minute. She was very responsive and got her property ready for us super quick. The property is beautiful and we can’t praise Kerry enough

A lovely place to stay with family for Easter weekend. Really easy to check in and the host made sure we had everything we needed. Easy access to Edinburgh via the park and ride. Would definitely recommend.

This became a home away from home for us with wonderful hosts who couldn't do more for us and were always quick to respond to any queries. We would highly recommend for the wonderful surroundings!
