Our island location necessitates a strict cancellation policy (ours mirrors the Nantucket Lodging Association's). Due to occasional weather related ferry/plane service interruptions, we highly recommend travel insurance (please see below for cancellation/travel insurance details). Six weeks prior to arrival, we will email you a list of our favorite restaurants with links to menus and reviews. For high season restaurant reservations, when possible, please contact us four to five weeks prior to your arrival. We are happy to make your reservations. Our check-in time is normally 3 p.m. However if you arrive early and your room is not ready, we will be happy to store your luggage. Check-out time is 11 a. m. All rooms have hair dryers and beach bags with towels, bottled water, and magazines. We are a non-smoking inn. Don't hesitate to contact us to help plan your visit to the island. Our suites offer fully equipped kitchens, dining area, living room with gas fireplace, and central air conditioning. Includes two queen sized beds and a pull out sofa to sleep six comfortably. Also includes WiFi, coin operated laundry, and private balcony. All suites are non-smoking. Includes use of our beautiful private beach. Breakfast is not included in the suite rates starting in 2022, but can be purchased. We also stop serving breakfast during the off-peak season when it's not busy.

Cape Cod 1BR Townhome on Resort w/amenities

Take full advantage of the central location and breathtaking beauty of Nantucket Sound when you stay at The Soundings Seaside Resort. The nicely-appointed rooms situated next to 365 feet of private beach, a great place to base yourself from to experience all that Cape Cod has to offer you and your family. This 1-bedroom suite has one full baths. This unit features fireplaces, while the property offers sweeping views of Nantucket Sound. The suite features a balcony/porch and full kitchen.

Porch Room 1 queen bed

The Porch Room has a queen bed and private shower room and half bath located next door to the room in the hallway. This bedroom also has its own entrance to the wrap around porch. The Porch room is one of six rooms at the Tivoli Inn. The Tivoli Inn is a charming Victorian Gingerbread house which has the island charm and a clean and friendly atmosphere. The inn is walking distance to all downtown amenities including town beach, seasonal ferry terminals and public transportation.

This beautiful modern meets classic style property is a 10-minute walk from the beach and ferry to Martha's Vineyard in Woods Hole. Free private parking and free WiFi is available on site. Quick walk to the beach, several restaurants, and most science facilities. The Glendale Petite Room is Double Deluxe Room at Frederick William House. Located on the Shining Sea Bikeway in Falmouth Massachusetts across the street from Goodwill Park. Your stay includes bike rentals. Short walk to the Steamship Authority parking & shuttle to the ferry boat. Guest are welcome to take bikes over to Martha's Vineyard for day excursions. Beach passes are available allowing access all 139 private & public beaches.

Vineyard Harbor - Harbor View Unit 237

Vineyard Harbor offers comfortable rooms, a private beach and an incredible location. We are situated on the harbor in Vineyard Haven within walking distance to the ferry, unique shops, great restaurants and perfectly placed to explore the island. Vineyard Harbor is the perfect location from which to explore Martha’s Vineyard.

Room #2 Oceanfront Beach House Inn
