Spacious and sunlit with a large bay window, this room features 1 king bed and 1 trundle bed, sleeping 4 comfortably. A view from the window in presents a very special scene of partial ocean views waving beach grass. It is located on the first floor of the inn (some stairs are required). All rooms in the B&B part of the inn include a mini fridge, TV with cable, WiFi, ceiling fan, and self-controlled air conditioning and heat and are non-smoking. Breakfast is included May through October only.

The Porch room is one of six rooms at the Tivoli Inn. The Tivoli Inn is a charming Victorian Gingerbread house which has the island charm and a clean and friendly atmosphere. The inn is walking distance to all downtown amenities including town beach, seasonal ferry terminals and public transportation.
