The Tonic | Teal, Timber & Courtyard, Swan Valley

The Tonic is one of two apartments I kept when I built this small complex — two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a wall of timber panels behind a teal velvet sofa. Most of what's in here I found secondhand and painted myself. The courtyard opens off the living room, with a barbecue and a fan overhead for the hot end of the day. Guildford is just over the bridge, and the Swan Valley about fifteen minutes on. Ask me anything before you book — pets, an early arrival, a cot. I answer quickly.
