With a chance to view our beloved pet sulcata tortoise “Stanley” whose burrow is right behind this unit, he is the 3rd largest tortoise in the world

Two bathrooms (although the upstairs one is mostly for children due to its small size). Plenty of off-street parking, easy keypad check in, and local co-host keep your stay worry-free.

This lovely newer home on the North side of Carlsbad in the Spring Hollow neighborhood will make you feel at home just as soon as you step in! In the light of dawn, you may see deer and elk grazing in the fields. Dusk brings magnificent sunsets. As you face west, to the south you can make out El Capitan and Guadalupe Peak in Guadalupe National Park and to the north, Carlsbad Caverns National Park sits upon the ridge.

Enjoy the peace and quiet of this small, cozy home. The space includes refrigerated air, washer and dryer, wi-fi, cable tv, complete kitchen for cooking, microwave, grill, porch swing, patio table and chairs, shady fenced yard, covered carport and patio, clothes line, iron and ironing board, 55 " tv in living room and one bedroom has a small tv. The owner is next door and available to answer questions and make recommendations.

Sip your morning coffee on the dock, or unwind in the evening and take in the view. **The Pecos River will be drained from Jan 7-May 31 for dock maintenance and river cleaning. If this is an issue, please do not book!**

La Fuente is a comfortable 3 bed 2 bath spacious home, featuring 2 queen beds and one king with two full bathrooms. This house is right on Main Street of our town. Just a mile away from the Carlsbad Beach, restaurants, and grocery store is super close. We do have a small unit right beside it, you do share the backyard. Family guests may want to enjoy both of our fantastic homes.
