Great location close to downtown and breweries. Off street parking nice along with nice clean place to stay at reasonable price.

Fantastic Easter getaway! This place is magic. Coty was an excellent host very responsive and helped me add extra says to extend my trip. Enjoyed daily fires and relaxed and explored the area. If you bring your pups which I did make sure to bring tick repellant if you are outside. Mine are treated monthly but be careful as I was picking them off. Highly recommend the local music scene and Govin's farm to hold the baby lambs in the spring. Can't wait to visit again. Thanks again

The house had everything my friends and I needed for a reunion weekend--great location, ample space and parking, and interconnected apartments so we could have communal and individual spaces. The apartments were extremely clean and checking in and out was a breeze. We would definitely stay here again.

This place was great for 2 people, anymore would have been pushing it, especially since the bedroom is a scurtain away from the living room and kitchen and bathroom. Overall good location, excellent host, and charming city.

It was perfect. From the sandy beach, and great house layout to the well-stocked kitchen. We met as a family with children ages 6 months to 60, and there was something for everyone. You can watch or play in the river's beauty, but you can also reach downtown specialty stores, a wide variety of restaurants, big box stores, wonderful trails, and parks all within minutes. Thankful for Jaci's quick response - she was wonderful to work with. We highly recommend this lodging!

What a gem! 💎 If you have dogs or kids and are looking for a beautiful and tranquil location that is surrounded by trails and a river, this is it! The entire property has been newly renovated. The beds were more comfortable than my own at home, every tiny detail has been thought of, and it was cleaned to perfection. Not far from restaurants and downtown Eau Claire. 10/10, would recommend.

Beautiful one bedroom apartment with large well stocked kitchen. Comfy living room and large super comfy bed. Enjoyed our stay and would go back again. Perfect place to stay while visiting your kids at UW-Eau Claire!

Our only complaint is, with the tv and the internet. login in to guest internet and not staying loged in.

I always love staying at this cabin. It’s my 5th time in 4 years. Tried to go every season. You can definitely tell it’s a popular space as it’s shown wear and tear. It was end of December when I went this last time so it was cold. The bathroom is really chilly this time of year but the shower is hot but not enjoyable to go to the bathroom in the night or in general. The cabin itself was very clean and has everything you need, the bed is very comfy and clean. The only thing I’ll say is it’s very hard to regulate heat. It was 86 degrees through out the night even when I would turn it down. It was fine if you’re ok sleeping in almost nothing. It’s very peaceful and quiet and I felt safe as a solo female traveler. The place is great if you don’t need fancy, I would compare it to ‘glamping’. Also, I did bring my Own flashlight which im happy about because both the lantern and flashlight provided didn’t work. I will definitely be back because the cabin and location is really special.
