Guests get sole use of a secluded half acre meadow in a peaceful rural location. The accommodation comprises of a converted "rock group" tour bus and 5m bell tent. Together they sleep between 2-6 people (2 in the bus and 4 in the tent). Guests have access to their own private eco toilet and gas shower (or use the flushing toilet and electric shower also nearby). Sit around the fire pit or cook in the covered rustic kitchen (twin electric hob, fridge, kettle, toaster, hot water and plug points).

Buried within the Norfolk wildlife, you'll find the hidden off grid eco-friendly space. With 1/2 an acre of wildflower set outside the unit, the space is designed to be shared with nature - the perfect get away hide away. The site boasts separate private toilet and shower units, pubs & fresh produce within walking distance, local walks & a 30min drive to Norwich or coast.

We have created a nostalgic feel with a broad variety of jig saw puzzles/card games/board games and many outside activities to relive you child hood memories. with a relaxing feel to your stay where we talked and interacted like the 1990s!!!

Just 20 minutes from the coast we are in an unspoiled part of north Norfolk surrounded by woods, big skies and fields which can be accessed via a public footpath from next to the field. The coast itself is extremely busy and we are situated a nice distance away to be able to experience it without getting caught up in the madness!

Standing in a field of a working, family run, farm is this beautifully converted lorry horse box. With a double bed over the lorry cab, bunk beds at the far end and a three seater sofa with a lovely view of the sunset out of the patio doors. The patio doors lead out onto a raised decking area where you can enjoy your coffee in the morning or a glass of wine or two in the evening, whilst star gazing. A stay in our horsebox is perfect for relaxing and getting away from it all.

Iron Pear Tree farm has been family run for three generations. Restoring the unused farm buildings has been a labour of love for us, and we wanted to make sure that we provided unique accommodation whilst maintaining the history of the buildings. The farm is a working one, so guest will be able to relax and enjoy the country setting, as well as get to know our animals. Views out across the farm provide the perfect backdrop for a country get-away whatever the season.

The purpose build communal cooking and washing up area boasts a dual sink, fridge, gas and electric hobs. Space is shared with additional outdoor experiences we offer at the farm. A cooked breakfast is available for an extra charge upon request

You will have access to the shared quirky vintage Rice Horsebox kitchen as well as your own private ‘Monty Don' inspired corrugated steel shed bathroom, where you will find hot & cold running water as well as flushing loos.
