While staying, cook your meals in the robust tiny kitchen featuring a Cuisinart micro/oven with cookware to prepare meals, a coffee maker, hot pot, toaster, cooktop. Work in the dedicated workspace. The large bathroom and dressing room are separated from a private toilet room. The queen bed was replaced on June 9, 2026 . The tv area has a pop up table for dining. The laundry room is free to use. Studio apartment with large living/sleeping area. Sleeping area has a king bed that can be set up as twin beds, if requested. The space includes a kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, large toaster oven, dishwasher and coffee maker; a large bathroom, with corner tub and shower. It does not offer a stove or washer/dryer. There is a separate private entrance, and parking area. WIFI is also included. Note that all sanitization protocols are followed to prepare the apartment for guests.

The farm is 30 acres of pasture, woods and a stream - peaceful, yet within a bike ride to the village of Fairport and the Erie Canal. There is a small cottage hidden behind the historic barn where we live and care for the animals on the farm. Our guests' privacy is paramount and the farm is yours to wander and enjoy (including the pool and tennis court) as you wish! The pool is open May 15th through September 15th.
