We renovated our basement to be a private in-law suite for our mother, with its own entrance (in 2024!) She’s not able to use our 2 bed unit anymore, so we’ve listed it on Airbnb! It can comfortably sleep 4 and room for up to 6. The location is central and minutes from downtown Providence, Brown, RISD, Miriam, and a few blocks away from beautiful Lippit park. There are numerous cozy shops up the street - coffee shops/bakeries, restaurants/bars, and unique local vendors such as Frog & Toad.

Fantastic 1 Bedroom Apartment right smack in the middle of downtown Providence. The neighborhood is jammed with wonderful little restaurants, bars and shopping. The Dunkin Donuts Center, Trinity Playhouse, PPAC, The Vets, Federal Hill, Providence Place Mall, Johnson & Wales, Brown & RISD are all a short walk from here. We are located two floors above a couple nightclubs. We don't hear the clubs themselves but on the weekends you can hear the people outside.
