We were moving our son back to Florida and their house was less than 2 miles away so it was super convient! We had to stay an extra day and Mia was very understanding about letting us stay and even offered the studio apartment attached to the main house. Our host were very friendly and told us about all the Hollywood memorabilia in the house. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend this house to family and friends.

Adorable home! Accommodated our party of 5 and two doggies beautifully. The back yard is perfect for them to roam. The neighborhood is lined with cute homes and rose bushes !! Close to anything and anywhere you want to go. Beds were super comfy. Adam was quick to respond. We would stay here again.

Dream은 매우 친절했고 질문에 대한 응답 속도도 빠릅니다. 숙소 역시 사진과 똑같습니다! 세탁기, 건조기, 수건 등등 다 있습니다. 위치도 관광 중심지에서는 멀지만 평화롭고 깨끗하며 도보로 이동 가능한 상점들이 많아서 좋았어요. 다만 숙소 사진에서 잘 보여지지 않았지만 샤워기는 벽에 위쪽에 고정되어 있습니다(물론 방향변경은 가능해요). 그리고 수압이 생각보다 약해서 아쉬웠습니다. 방문 당시 요리용 오일이나 양념류?들이 잘 갖춰져있지 않아서 아쉬웠습니다. 또한 부엌 환풍기가 없다보니 요리하다 태우거나 연기가 많이나면 경보가 울려요.(이건 경보기 수건으로 열심히 부채질 해주면 해결 됩니다ㅎㅎ) 덕분에 첫 la 여행을 편안하고 안전하게 즐기다 갔습니다.

I felt safe walking around at night in this neighborhood. The host always replied very quickly and was helpful. Recommended!

Great place and location wise to use as home base to explore the city. Extremely close to Griffith observatory and Glendale Galleria too. Instructions and videos were provided to find the entrance upon arrival and a tour of the inside. The bathroom is a little small but it was made very clear by the host from before we even booked the home. Would love to book here again the next time I visit SoCal.

Duane is a wonderful host and a good communicator. Thoughtful touches are everywhere. The apartment is in a well-established, quiet area.

Muy buen apartamento. Limpio, ordenado, con todas las comodidades que anunciaba, bien situado Cerca de Santa Mónica y Venice beach y el aeropuerto. Jordan muy atento aunque algunas veces tarda un poco en responder (aunque siempre responde)

Place was beautiful. And exactly like the pictures. Alexis was very accommodating and responsive. The absolute only slightly negative thing was the bathtubs looked soooooo nice in the pics but in our opinion the water was not hot enough to take an enjoyable bath. But the showers were amazing. The pool was a fantastic temperature even tho it was kinda chilly and the windy outside. I would absolutely recommend this place for friends and family.

We would stay at Liza and Pascal’s again in a heart beat! Liza was able to get us early check in which was great. The house was easy to get to and the check in was seamless. The house (particularly the kitchen) is very well stocked so if you want to do your own cooking you are set up well for that. Beds were comfy and the house and outdoor area are very spacious. Liza even went out of her way to deliver a coffee maker and beans so we could brew more coffee outside of the nespresso. Overall 10/10 stay!

While this wasn’t our typical getaway, it turned out to be a wonderful experience. We had to evacuate our home due to the Palisades fires, and this was where we sheltered. Jean was an amazing host, very responsive, thoughtful, and accommodating. The home is in a fantastic location, nestled in a peaceful, walkable neighborhood with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. It’s quiet and private, which I personally loved. While this wasn’t a usual booking for me, I can see how this place would be perfect for anyone looking for a relaxing LA getaway or staycation. I highly recommend.

Fantastic property with lots of privacy and beautiful gardens and pool area. We enjoyed the space and location to the parks and activities was central. We plan to rent this property again in the future.

Place did the trick for what my family needed. Host was very responsive when we needed something. Very nice having laundry in unit with supplies available.
