Very nice, comfortable home. The home came with everything we needed, including a well equipped kitchen. The house was so close to everything and yet the neighborhood was indeed very peaceful. We really enjoyed our stay!

Everything went smoothly! Check in was really easy. Kate was very responsive and easy to talk to. The house was spacious and beautiful. I felt comfortable.

This house fit our needs perfectly. We were able to easily walk to our seminar and cook our own meals in the kitchen. We really enjoyed our stay!

We were stuck when our rental property on another booking site was not habitable and we found Will's place and it was available. It was exceptionally clean and quiet and had a lovely, private backyard sitting area which was beautifully landscaped. Great master bedroom with views, huge bathroom and massive walk-in closet - all squeaky clean with plenty of towels. Will's house is very private despite being in a cul-de-sac and is not overlooked by any house. It was a very bright and sunlit house and we really enjoyed our time there.

We stayed at this magical treehouse cabin for my birthday weekend and it was everything we hoped for and more. Nestled among towering redwoods, the space felt peaceful, private, and full of charm. The cabin was thoughtfully designed—cozy, clean, and filled with sweet touches that made it feel special. The hot tub under the trees was an absolute dream, especially in the quiet of the early morning or under the stars at night. The surrounding forest was alive with birdsong, and we loved how connected we felt to nature while still having all the comforts we needed. If you’re looking for a place to slow down, reset, and experience the magic of the redwoods, this is it. We left feeling refreshed, grateful, and already dreaming of coming back.

Tim’s place was clean, comfortable, and well situated. The neighborhood is quiet, but and large. Bed/s are comfortable. My one complaint would be the downstairs neighbor was a bit noisy, but only on the last night. It sounded like they were having a party down there until 1am and I could smell weed emanating from below. Otherwise, I had a very peaceful stay.

Very responsive hosts with great recommendations, and they also left a very nice welcome gift for us. I can't recommend this area more if you want to visit San Francisco, Santa Cruz, or even the coast right across the street. Very private, great balcony, great hosts!

Amazing home in one of the best areas of SF Potrero Hill is a gorgeous area with some amazing restaurants. Reid’s home has everything you could need and more including 4 roof terrace areas! Stunning on a nice sunny night. Highly recommend

Heather's place was stylish, comfortable, generous in size, and extremely convenient for visiting my daughter at UC Berkeley. I especially appreciated the desk by a lovely window where I could do some work. I hope I can stay here again!

Matthew is a great host who has a great place to stay! He was flexible with check-in and I've never had an easier check-out. The space itself is wonderfully stocked and includes all the amenities you need in a stay, which can be rare for Airbnbs nowadays. Would highly recommend for any groups who want the combination of great space and a great location! Thanks for an unforgettable weekend!

This was my first stay at an Airbnb ever. I spent a month here and it was great. The place is spacious, clean and well-stocked with all the necessities, including in the kitchen. The location is convenient to both Berkeley and Oakland, including the Ashby BART station, Berkeley Bowl and a local gym called Berkeley Barbell Club. I can’t imagine a better host than Joe. He usually responds to any message within minutes, and is proactive in dealing with any issue or answering any question. All in all, I highly recommend it.

I will summarize Renzo's apartment as a combination of a 5-star hotel and airbnb with the price of airbnb only. Extremely great value for money spent. The pictures didn't do enough justice to what I saw. It was super convenient and well furnished beyond regular amenities you find in an airbnb. I was offered a bottle of wine and chocolates on arrival. The heaters in the room and living room were topnotch. The bed is very comfortable Renzo was very responsive with communication I commuted everyday to San Francisco and Renzo's apartment is about 5mins or less walk to the Bart Metro Station. Super convenient

everything was super nice, only thing was the charger didnt work which was very bummed out, but overall house is super spacious and nice, plenty of room for family and friends! mason was helpful & communicative!

I rented this house to celebrate my birthday with friends and it was such a beautiful, well sized space. The views were gorgeous and the accommodations were unique and perfect for what we needed. Overall such an amazing stay and would definitely consider coming back again.

This place is a real gem: located in the heart of San Jose, very spacious, and has everything for a comfortable stay. We were three families staying together, a total of 6 adults, a toddler and a baby, and every one of us enjoyed very much staying at Marine’s place. The place itself is a house with an additional suite on the back with a separate entrance. Several cars can be easily parked on premises, for sure 3, and perhaps even 4. The area is beautiful and very quiet, and everything is within a few-minute drive. The host is great: responsive, polite, and kind; he allowed us a late checkout because of the baby. Overall: a very well deserved five stars!

My two adult daughters and myself had a quick overnight stay in San Jose and this place was perfect! Clean! Comfy beds! Plenty of room! We stayed in the third floor suite which had a kitchen and a sweet little reading nook. We will definitely book again when heading through San Jose!

Can't wait to go back, even though we live in the same town! We had to find a place quickly because we had some damage at our home and Laurie and Bradley were so accommodating and flexible. The property is gorgeous! And I can't say enough about the showers. Every piece of furniture was so comfortable, including the beds (and I am very picky when it comes to beds). The view was spectacular. Besides the incredible amenities, Laurie and Bradley were such incredible hosts and were very easy to reach and super responsive to the many requests we had to extend our stay. I highly recommend their house.

Jose and Gabriella’s beautiful home exceeded my already heightened expectations after reading the reviews. The pictures do not capture the thought and care they've poured into their property. The kitchen is the heart of this mountain home. It was clearly designed for function and entertaining, and the panoramic view of coastal redwoods was the perfect backdrop for both. It came comprehensively stocked with every imaginable appliance and gadget, including a refrigerator twice the standard size, two full-sized ovens, and a massive island that can comfortably seat ten people. Jose and Gabriella were the perfect hosts, attentive, genuine and pleasant to interact. Easily one of the best Airbnb experiences I've had. I wish I didn’t have to leave, but I look forward to returning soon.
