Relaxing in the beautiful bathtub, sitting on the upstairs deck, cooking in a gormet kitchen, are just some of this family-friendly home's many luxurious touches. Entertainment provided by a pair of 55" Smart 4K TVs with Chromecast. Strictly enforced, 2 parking spots in the garage, and 2 parking spots in front of the house is what this property can accommodate. We expect the number of guests in the booking to be the number of guests allowed in the house, unless approved before your stay. This property cannot accommodate more than 8 guests at any given time. We have had issues in the past where people wanted to host receptions or just throw a party, and it got out of hand. You will be spoiled with everything that is within a 7 to 10 minute walk from your door step which includes a huge range of trendy bars and cafes, lovely delis, cheese and wine specialist and also a great selection of international cuisines. For entertainment I recommend taking a $7 to $12 (depending upon the time of the day and size of the car) Uber ride to the coveted Broadway street and downtown. If you want to experience Nashville's nightlife take a $6 to $9 (depending upon the time of the day and size of the car) Uber ride to Gulch where you have great restaurants, bars and clubs. House is controlled by Nest Thermostats. Within walking distance, or a quick drive, are a wide range of trendy bars, cafes, delis, and amazing restaurants. Dine locally on a wide choice of restaurants, including international cuisines. Broadway, The Gulch, Germantown and Downtown, are just a short drive away.

Only 11 miles to Broadway, and 10-15 minutes to the Opry and East Nashville! Get away from the city buzz in our quiet neighborhood without compromising proximity to downtown. This basement studio features a full kitchen, jetted spa tub, KING bed, and a patio with outdoor seating and a fire pit. Please note that this is the downstairs of our home and there are stairs up to a locked door which we have put a curtain over. We do have a baby and a dog upstairs, so minor overhead noise is possible!
