Small B&B in large Victorian house, in a quiet hidden area in the Centre of Lincoln. Each room has an ensuite shower room. We are 3-4 mins walk from Cathedral, Castle, Bailgate and main shopping area with lots of bars and restaurants. The Brayford waterfront, and Lincoln University is also less than 5 mins walk away from our location. There's plenty to see and do whilst staying with us. The Collection museum, Usher Art Gallery and Lincoln Archives are all with 5-10 minutes walking from us.

We have the West common 5 minutes away ,which is a haven for wildlife. Great if you want a walk & some fresh air .Lincoln has two areas , the “Uphill” which is the old historic part & then the lower , more commercial area with shops , train & bus stations. I would provide breakfast of cereal/toast , tea & coffee.
