Peaceful neighborhood, clean and well-stocked accommodation with great communication. Would stay here again.

The house was perfect to host family from out of town. Nice big and spacious home. The pool table and bar area was a hit. We enjoyed laughs and memories and created new memories to share. I would definitely recommend this home.

We had an absolutely wonderful time! The hot tub was perfect and the location was amazing. We were able to get to a State game and all over very easy. It was also a great house to just hang out and spend time with our friends. We loved the kitchen that had all the things you need. The bed sheets were soft and the couch and living space was very comfy. Thank you for such a great vacation!

Our stay with Eric and Kimberly was possibly my best Airbnb experience ever! Not only was the property itself spotless, safe, and comfortable, but Eric and Kimberly went above and beyond to make the stay exceptional! They were extremely responsive and flexible in their communication, and they also had snacks, waters, and a lovely graduation gift and card for me upon arrival! I can honestly recommend this listing for anyone looking for a great place to stay in Lansing--it is conveniently located near downtown and the MSU campus, but far enough that you avoid the congestion and craziness, especially of campus. Great for families and, although we were all adults, it looks like Eric and Kimberly had everything set up to make the stay comfortable for kids, too! I would happily stay here again. It was a true joy to have the opportunity to stay in this historic home. Nate and Austin have done an impeccable job decorating the home and making it feel cozy and inviting. The space makes you feel cared for and will surely inspire you to care more about design. I feel extremely lucky and grateful to have had the opportunity to stay in a FLW home, listening to great records, exploring the original owner of the home’s art, and working on puzzles. Such a great place to stay and an excellent location. It’s quiet yet close to so many things in the area. Comfortable and well maintained. So many nice touches like a Keurig with a nice selection of coffee pods; kitchen with a full complement of utensils; and extra blankets in the living room. This is one of the best AirBNBs we’ve stayed at.

Had a great time over a football weekend. The place was clean and had all the right amenities needed. Glad the property was maybe 15-20 min from east Lansing and not any further. I’d recommend!

This house is very cute and in a good neighborhood - a nice place for a getaway with sidewalks that is close to attractions in the area. It was cozy and had a nice screened-in porch on the back giving the kids a space to play and was nice when it was raining. Ethan was very responsive and helped us with any questions we had - the communication was quick and helpful. He went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable. The neighborhood is close to highways, downtown, MSU, and within walking distance of Lansing's famous Quality Dairy - best donuts around!

I didn’t stay here myself, but I had a few of my employees stay there. They liked the place and would stay there again if needed.

This was a warm, spacious, and clean home to stay in a quiet neighborhood. Bruce was responsive to all of my questions and was proactive in communicating with me and making sure the home was prepared for my visit. Would come back again if I was back in town!

We had a wonderful stay. The house was a great fit for our family during our visit to Lansing. The only thing was the train going past a few times during the night was loud and woke the babies, but after the first night we just used a sound machine to help with the disturbance. That did not affect our wonderful stay, just worth noting for future families visiting 😊
