Ideal for a city break to England's smallest city or base for visiting Glastonbury, Cheddar and Somerset area. A very comfortable light and airy living area with WiFi and TV, and a fully-equipped kitchen. The bathroom offers a spacious shower. The bedroom has a 5ft bed with hanging and shelf facilities.

Self-contained hideaway flat in the heart of Wells

The Hayloft is an independent, self-contained, two-person flat within a couple of minutes’ walk of the centre of England’s smallest city. The flat has its own front and rear entrances and secure off-street parking to the back of the house. The flat comprises a bright South-facing living/dining room with TV, and a separate, fully-equipped kitchen. The bathroom has a large shower. A spiral staircase leads to the mezzanine bedroom, with a double bed and ample cupboard and drawer space.

Hulbert’s Place: C15th house in the heart of Wells

This charming Grade II-listed two bedroom maisonette is situated within a row of ancient dwellings, just a short stroll from Wells Cathedral, The Bishop's Palace and the heart of Wells. Each of the two levels are embellished with wonderful authentic details such as original beams, restored timber floorboards and stone fireplaces. Originally built in the 15th century, the house has been sympathetically restored with an abundance of character, comfort and style.

Cheddar Gorge and Glastonbury Tor are also just a 15 minute car journey. The village pub is also within walking distance of the property.
