Perfect stay for a large group wishing to have both a taste of rural Scotland and the bright lights of the city! Great house for large groups with more than adequate cooking facilities. Excellent hot tub that was kept meticulously clean. The hosts were amazing and so helpful with helping me organise a stag weekend. Sharing local knowledge and recommendations of activities and hostelries, etc. Milngavie is a perfect location to explore both Glasgow city (20 minute train ride) and hit the start of the West Highland Way! Milngavie was a nice little town itself with an active high street and a good Tesco and station just a 3 minute walk from Pleasant Hill. We really enjoyed Fullbacks sports bar as well- good value food and an atmosphere. Activities we enjoyed from Pleasant Hill were a walk to Glengoyne Distillery, afternoon and night out in West End Glasgow and a speed boat pub tour of Loch Lomond! Thanks again Chris!

We had a brilliant stay at Claire’s lodge at Cameron House. Location was spot-on, and the kids loved all the activities that were available to them, especially the swimming pool, and the park. Lodge was a perfect size for a small family, and Claire was excellent in the lead-up, during, and after our stay, answering any questions and offering local recommendations, and various discounts etc. We will definitely be back!

This was our first visit to Cameron House and we were not disappointed, the lodge was perfect for us and the resort had plenty of activities on offer (if you wanted to do them). We visited in August and there were various activities available for different age ranges. We had teenagers so they were interested in clay shooting, bubble football, private cinema, golf and although there was a cost for these it was not unreasonable. Plus there was the indoor pool, gym and range of fitness classes. Plus of course there is the great outdoors with fantastic scenery and Loch Lomond itself. The host was really helpful and answered all my questions really well. I would have no hesitation going back.

we loved the place - very clean, all amenities needed, loved the cozy living room, great beds and fully equipped kitchen. pieceful place really enjoyed our stay and only 15 minutes from Glazgow center

It's rare you find a gem with Airbnb listings but Aisla's house is the top of my list for places to stay in Glasgow. The house is amazing! So large that you can get lost in it almost, heaps of room for the whole family but also cosy and great for spending those rainy days watching movies in the lounge. The kitchen is a dream for anyone who likes to cook, with a decent sized fridge, and prep area. The beds are super comfy and clean, and something I always think is important is that the windows open so you can get fresh air. Showers and bath are beautifully clean and loads of hot water. The house is walking distance to everything you could possibly need in the city, with a co-op up the road, restaurants just across the street, and a park 5 mins walk away. Aisla is a wonderful host and I couldn't recommend her highly enough to anyone wanting to stay. Thanks for the wonderful home away from home, hope we see you sometime soon in Glasgow x

Joy’s place was comfortable and fantastically located. It was a great home base for our exploration of Glasgow. I’d highly recommend it. Joy herself was always responsive and helpful.

Martin’s place is really comfortable. We felt right at home. The kitchen is generously stocked, beds comfy, rooms lovely and big, shower fab, lovely pieces of furniture. The location above Waitrose on the Byre’s Road is fab, you’re right in the middle of everything, restaurants, shops, and 2 minutes from the Botanic Gardens. Martin responded to all our questions within minutes. He couldn’t have been more helpful. A wonderful apartment in a fantastic location. Thank you Martin.
