Two great village pubs 5 & 10 mintues walk. Continental breakfast included. The annex has an en-suite shower room, king size bed, double wardrobe and food preparation area. Private patio with table and chairs for an al fresco breakfast or dinner and sole use of a small summerhouse with views of the Axe Valley.

Your staircase leads to a working area and your private bathroom & bedroom. The gardens are beautifully maintained & fully available. At dusk you may even see the badgers who live in the meadow. The area is surrounded by amazing country pubs, restaurants, walks & cycle routes with country houses & wildlife sanctuaries.

We're in a Dorset village with Trafalgar history, centuries old church, busy pub. The coast is only a couple of miles away. We are on the Dorset Coastal Path and the SSSI Jurasic Coast. £7.50 for a full Dorset breakfast. Evening meal £7 to £12.

Self contained luxury suite in Somerset village

Located in the vaulted barrel room of this former 17th Century Inn in the charming village of Great Elm, our guest suite is brimming with style and comfort. The George and Dragon is a rose clad cottage above the Mells river valley with its famous walks through ancient woodlands and the relics of old stone iron works. It has beautiful gardens with a lily pond and sunny and shaded seating areas. Nearby attractions include the City of Bath, Stourhead , Longleat and Babington House.

Skirr Cottage was the home of the acclaimed writer Henry Williamson who is best known as the author of Tarka the Otter. With its pretty whitewashed exterior the cottage is set next to a trickling stream next to the historic Norman church of St. George in the heart of Georgeham village. Putsborough surfing beach is a 25 minute walk via fields or via a lane. or 5 minute drive. The Kings Arms and 17th century Rock Inn serving gastro pub food are 1 minute and a 4 minute walk away.

Comfort, Peace, Privacy ... and a Sea Peep.

Dordolo is only a 15/20 minute walk into the centre of Lyme Regis and there is a regular bus service into town. Famed for its location on the stunning Jurassic Coast, Lyme Regis is an outstanding location for fossil hunting, beach combing, walking and dining. Take a walk along the Cobb where the French Lieutenant's Woman was filmed. For a real treat go to Rockfish in the gardens where they mainly sell sea food. It has only just opened but so far the reviews have been good.

Willow Haven

Cosy retreat in peaceful country setting only 20 minutes from seaside towns of Sidmouth, Exmouth, Budleigh Salterton and the cathedral city Exeter. Ideal base for a couple or family. Beautiful country, coastal and moorland walks, the World Heritage Jurassic Coast, RSPB nature reserve and cycle paths. You won't be stuck for choice and ideal base to explore the area or visit family friends, attend a local wedding or get to and from Exeter airport.

Delightful 1-bed annex with free, on-site parking

Circa 1780, The Smithy is part of a Grade II listed, thatched property. Recently extended, it is now a cosy, light-filled, self-contained annex with private access, ideal from which to explore the beautiful North Devon countryside. Accessed via steps to a stable door is a relaxing living/dining space, a double bed on a mezzanine floor and a small shower room. Guests have access to a small patio with seating in the cottage's lovely gardens.
