Separate entrance, large bedroom and separate family room, kitchen equipped for cooking, W/D, home gym, sauna, sound machine and many more details to make our guests feel at home. Walking distance to shopping, dining, park, and a playground. We live upstairs, when at home, we respect our guests’ privacy, but the suite is below the main level of our home with a separate entrance.

Private suite in a daylight basement, sleeps 1-6 people. Entrance to the suite is through the garage. No stairs. Our neighborhood is quite and full of large trees & friendly people. We are located close to trails, a playground, dog parks, supermarkets & great restaurants. We are 3 miles from I-75 and 6 miles from Truist Park, the Battery, Dobbins ARB, Lockeed-Martin, & the Galleria. Downtown Atlanta is about 10-15 miles south. Join us at The Architect's Cottage. Located on exclusive Bishop Lake only 5 minutes to Marietta and Roswell. 9 miles to the Sandy Springs MARTA station for FIFA World Cup matches and the Braves Battery is 7 miles away. Walkable restaurants and shopping in Roswell is less than a 5 minute ride. Rest and relax, this cozy cottage is your own. Excape the busy days and enjoy an evening on the lake. Remodeled in-law suite in a quiet area of Marietta! Amenities are: bedroom with queen bed/dresser, bathroom w/ shower, fully equipped kitchen, living room w/ TV & washer/dryer. WIFI available. The suite can comfortable fit 2 adults. There will be additional fee for extra adults/children. As for pets, only 1 dog is allowed but it will be a case by case basis & there will be a $60 pet fee. If your dog is left alone, must be crated while away. Please reach out beforehand for approval.
