The Beach Annexe

This completely self contained detached annexe in beautiful Budleigh Salterton is located a short level stroll from the beach and town. ( approx 10 min ) Newly refurbished and spacious the annexe provides a clean and welcoming space with all the essentials needed for a comfortable short stay. An ideal base to explore the beautiful south west coastal path, river and trail walks or a short drive to nearby Exmouth a larger town. Ample free parking on the residential road adjacent to the property.

Budleigh large charming cottage

Charming old cottage, just off main street in historic village center. TWO double bedrooms, plus SOFABED (in lounge) that folds down flat (sleeps one adult or two children) Quiet location, in the most stunning 'chocolate box' magical location. EAST BUDLEIGH village is where SIR WALTER RALEIGH was born (house just a mile away). There's a friendly community shop / playground / church / clear water stream and many quaint thatched-roof houses / Sir Walter Raleigh bronze STATUE and great village PUB

Coxes Coastal Retreats - Fern

Emma and Phillip welcome you to one of our two luxury glamping pods complete with outdoor bath near the quaint village of Branscombe. Located on our working farm, you will be secluded in the comfort of the pod, looking out at views of the East Devon countryside. A wood burner is perfect for a cosy winter’s night, or to enjoy those summer evenings there is a large decking. We are situated perfectly within walking distance of the South West Coast path to explore the picturesque coast on foot.

Halfpenny Cottage

A chocolate-box thatched cottage, set on the babbling Budleigh brook. This pretty mid-terraced house is a half hour walk through a beautiful nature reserve to Budleigh Salterton, with its beach, the coast path and amenities. East Budleigh is a wonderful village, with a great community-run pub, a church, a shop and adjoining boules court and playpark. The cottage has two bedrooms -the double (with shower room) and a single. The sitting room, well equipped kitchen and bathroom are downstairs.

The Shippon. Unique luxurious South Devon getaway.

A calm, deeply luxurious space to recharge & reconnect. The Shippon is a meticulously converted cow barn with heated, polished concrete floors, gently curving deep green walls, hand-built kitchen, warmly lit reading nooks, & natural materials. Woollen blankets, feather sofa, antique Scandinavian log burner, king-size bed with French linen & down, waterfall shower, & the softest towels. Our sleepy Devon hamlet is only lit by stars at night. You might just sleep better than you have in years.

11 The Green

In a pretty terrace in Otterton, looking over the village green, a Grade II listed, part thatched cottage. The cottage is perfect for walkers giving easy access to the South West coast path and the River Otter with a wide variety of birds or if you are lucky, wild beavers. Nearby the Jurassic Coast at Ladram Bay or the seaside towns of Budleigh Salterton and Sidmouth. For city attractions, Exeter has everything you could wish for. A great base for exploring this area of east Devon.

Flat in Budleigh Salterton

Our flat is perfect for visiting East Devon. It’s located on a quiet road close to the South West Coast Path, golf course and walking distance to Budleigh Salterton. Modern and spacious it has a bedroom and en-suite downstairs. The open plan kitchen/living area is upstairs. It has fibre broadband, with Disney+The kitchen is well-equipped. It has plenty of room for parking. The entire space is for the sole use of guests. We live next door, happy to help with any advice on the local area.

It's a great base for walking, cycling, touring, shopping, eating and drinking ...and curling up in front of the log fire. Sidbury village is a 20 min walk away. And Sidmouth, on the Jurassic Coast, is just a 4 mile drive. A few days at Filcombe will leave you relaxed, refreshed and keen to come back!

Bicton Arena, Crealy Adventure park, Bicton Park and the seaside Towns of Sidmouth, Exmouth and Budleigh Salterton are very close by too.

The Wildflower Retreat: vegan B&B

Our vegan-run B&B is a really peaceful, tranquil space, surrounded by countryside & river walks & just 3 miles from Sidmouth sea front. You'll find games & books in the room, or enjoy chilling with the radio or Netflix, Disney or Prime. There's also a little beach hamper in the wardrobe! There are chairs & a little table on your patio, ideal for spotting wildlife! Children must be 12+ as we have a large wildlife pond.
