This was my second stay at Bamflatt farm and it was just as perfect as last time. The bathroom and bedroom were spotless and the cooked breakfast was delicious. The Airbnb is set well back off the road and has parking directly in front of the property so feels safe to leave a car full of stuff. I will definitely stay here again.

This is truly a lovely place very close to the center of Ayr. The place is very clean and a lovely and peaceful environment. Sinclair is a great host and very friendly and attentive. I would highly recommend staying here.

Una and her husband were the most welcoming of hosts. They were both very kind and flexible by letting me check in early on request and even giving me a lift down the road - going above and beyond! The pictures of the accommodation don’t do the place justice, it’s a lot brighter and more modern looking in person. Incredibly clean and a delicious breakfast! Highly recommend!

We had a very nice stay and breakfast was wonderful. We were able to walk to dinner or anywhere around the area. The room was nice and comfortable.

I had a great time at Laura's place even if it was only one night. The place is amazing and the warm welcome from Laura were just perfect. I would definitely want to come again to stay longer.

Absolutely stunning B&B. Rooms spotless and beautiful; parking easy; breakfast out of this world. If you want to treat yourself, this is the place to be!

Peaceful stay in a quaint airBnB, Robbie has clearly put thought into the place, breakfast was plenty and lovely.
