The house was great! Had everything we needed to feel at home. We loved using the hot tube every night to relax after work. Definitely would stay again!

We had a great time in the pool and hot tub. We were there with friend to see a concert for my hubby's birthday. Being able to relax in the hot tub and pool was an added bonus. The bed was comfy. The kitchen, spacious and accommodating. The area is nice, the neighbors are friendly, and this location is close enough to enjoy all that the area has to offer. Thanks, Allan! I really enjoyed the place, it was peaceful and quiet. very nice neighborhood. I felt secure and at home. it was perfect size for me and my wife. alot of stores close by to get any amenities..it is a nice place and I would stay there again. Awesome stay! Checkin was smooth and flexible. The house was very clean and had many great amenities. It was local to grocery/restaurants as-well as the stockyard about 20 minutes. Would definitely recommend to anyone staying in the DFW area.

The house was great! Super clean and has everything you need. It is in a great location and super close to AT&T Stadium. There are lots of eateries in the area and the neighborhood was safe. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Summer was amazing and very accommodating!

Very comfortable for 7 people, clean, quiet,easy access to things like groceries, and all necessities, kitchen was well stocked with those things you needed for preparing meals, lots of cooking utensil, silverware and dishes.

The place was very well kept. it was in a very nice location and the host was very kind. Very responsive to any questions I may have had. I would definitely recommend and stay here again if I’m ever in the area.

very unique guest house that is beautifully decorated and all modern amenities. I love the mix of old and new -- it was so comfy! Reading the news articles of the dairy and other framed memorabilia -- it was like a time capsule and very interesting. This place has great history and was great to see it preserved so well. Highly recommend!

Absolutely BEAUTIFUL house! The location is AMAZING! Great outdoors space was so relaxing and being waterfront to the lake was just the cherry on top! Highly recommend!

Ferris is a phenomenal host. Responsive, helpful, and polite. Not only did he go out of his way to accommodate us during our stay, but he was flexible and patient along the way. A true breath of fresh as I moved my family across the country.

This is an excellent place. it was centrally located for the things we were interested in. Clean and accommodate the 5 people very well. I would recommend this to anyone.

I stayed at Bret's place as a way to relax. I got exactly that. This place is beautiful and in a great neighborhood. Everything worked (TVs etc..). I did not have to search for anything or try to figure anything out. Bret reached out before, during and after my stay. I would highly recommend this home and will definitely reserve again.
