We really enjoyed our stay here. The neighborhood is super quiet and safe, but only 5 minutes from a 24 hour grocery as well as gas. We were in town for an event and it’s very convenient (20 minutes) to the convention center and Sundance square. House was clean and had plenty of everything we needed. AC and fans worked really well. Bathrooms are both very spacious! The big yard and pool are an incredible bonus that we enjoyed! Paula was a great communicator when I had questions. We will stay here the next time we are in town.

James was super helpful and the house was great! Check-in was super easy and the house was exactly as expected based off the listed pictures. Me and my friends had an amazing stay!

Ann truly is a super host! she runs her airbnb homes like a business. She is responsive, efficient, quick to address any issues, and follows up to make sure the issues were corrected as expected. she is respectful of privacy and tries to make every accommodation she can. I would definitely rent from her again.

This place was absolutely charming and spotless! Everything was so clean and well-maintained, it felt like a true home away from home. The short walk to the lake was perfect, and the peaceful surroundings made it an ideal weekend getaway. Highly recommend for anyone looking to relax and recharge!

Beautiful top-floor apartment with big windows. Walkable to the convention center and several nearby restaurants. It does get a little loud at night with music from nearby Sundance Plaza and the air conditioning unit in the apartment. Earplugs are provided, but we honestly just turned off the AC at night because it made such a racket and turned on every 30min. There are fans in each roomehich we used instead. The elevator always stops at the 2nd floor for some reason but as long as you push the floor again, it'll take you there after the brief pit stop. There was a leak outside the apartment door from the thunderstorms but the hosts were prompt at addressing it. Overall a pretty and large space.

Huge apartment complex near the freeway next to storage units and office complex. close enough to chain restaurants and other basic amenities, but a bit of a drive to Stockyards and downtown. The foldout couch/bed is small and comparable to sleeping on the converted table in an RV. Definitely not comfortable for a large adult . We did not have time to use the community pool or clubhouse, but I looked nice. Overall, I would pick this place again over a chain hotel but it's pretty basic and similar experience.

It’s a good place to stay. Minimalist furniture and open layout, but had essential’s covered such as towels, dishwasher, stove, AC and some bells and whistles coffee maker, TV, etc…. Very clean and was quiet when I stayed there on a Friday night. The complex itself wasn’t in a very walkable location, but would be perfect if you rent a car and the basketball theme was well thought out. I liked the kitchen. I would definitely recommend it. Host was great, clear communication.

Three senior women wanted to tour Grapevine and shop. This was an excellent choice, extremely clean, and more space than expected. We slept comfortably and prepared our breakfast easily and at our leisure. Had a excellent barbeque dinner, wonderful lunch, and fine dining in the evening. Elizabeth read our needs and took care of everything. Two of the women had stayed in several Airbnb locations and two are frequent travelers and we all liked it very much. Great weekend, great spot, great food!

Great host we had a delay getting into Dfw they responded to help with a question I had at 9pm picked up on the first ring. Very great host. Would definitely book again.

All great - only recommendation would be a king sized bed - but good host and enjoyed the stay

Our stay at Kim and Kal's place was amazing! Their home was beautiful , spacious and cozy. We traveled to Arlington to experience the Solar Eclipse and we enjoyed it out in their beautiful yard. Their home offered a pool table for everyone to enjoy. Outside had a grill in which we utilized. Loved cooking in their spacious kitchen. Best part was that each room had king size beds. Liked all the white in each room, very clean! Kim and Kal responded quickly to any questions that I had. Directions were easy to follow. I would recommend this place to any family. It met our family needs. Neighborhoods was quiet and nice. Thanks for the goodies upon arrival! Thanks again!

This house was perfect for our large group of moms and daughters. The neigborhood is quiet and beautiful and the property is verr private. Lots to do and lots of space so we didn't feel cramped.

We had a wonderful 2-night stay at Sindy’s place during a girls’ getaway, and everything about it exceeded our expectations. The home was beautifully decorated, with a spacious kitchen that was perfect for preparing meals together, and the beds were incredibly comfortable — we all slept so well! One of our favorite moments was enjoying a quiet morning coffee out in the backyard. It was such a peaceful and calming way to start the day, surrounded by nature and fresh air. Sindy was an exceptional host. Communication with her was smooth and prompt — she always responded quickly and kindly, which made us feel truly welcomed and well taken care of. We had a great weekend. The house and pool were clean, we felt right at home. Roy gave clear, easy to follow directions and reached out during our stay to make sure everything was ok and that we had everything we needed.
