We also have a Little Tree Library with books for all ages, or little games to play. Plus, we include many lawn games right here on the historic Paxton Lodge property.

This beautiful, secluded cabin has modern amenities with the rustic feel! This 1450 sq ft cabin, has three bedrooms/two bathrooms. Lots of space for family gatherings! Wood burning fireplace, or central heat. Outdoor fire pit for S’mores! Ask for fishing guide services! Access to world class trout fishing all year round! Hunting zones C3/C4.

When Tent Camping is just too exhausting

Basic mini-cabins are a step up from tents - basic shelter w/screened windows (no glass) and a screen door. These get cold at night like a tent. This cabin we call "Definitely Not the Ritz" features 3 beds with only a bottom sheet that sleep 4. There's a small nightstand a couple chairs, that's it. This is *almost roughing it*, but we won't spoil your stories if you tell your friends you actually were roughing it. Sleeping bags/blankets, towels/other toiletries are guest's responsibility.

As part of the Lake Almanor Country Club, you'll have access to the community summer concerts, sandy beaches, tennis/pickleball/basketball/bocce courts, boat launches, and golf course.
