We are BACK After a 2 year hiatus!! We cannot wait to see all of our wonderful guests again! Beautiful 750 sq. ft. in-law apartment set up in a very efficient setting with open living space and Jack-n-Jill bathroom. Space is very open with cathedral ceilings and sky-lighting. Apartment has it's own separate entrance and dedicated parking space. The apartment has fast, secure wi-fi and is set-up perfectly for traveling professionals! Stay 30 minutes or less from beaches, kayaking, 22 miles of hiking trails, Jefferson-Patterson Park and its festivals, vineyards, Solomon's Island and Prince Frederick local restaurants and farmer's markets. Our newly renovated pad is a spacious basement apartment with all the basics you need to relax after a fun day exploring nature and our surroundings. We can't wait to welcome you

Relaxing retreat on the river.

This river retreat is located in Owings, MD This Guesthouse is located on the Patuxent River and is surrounded by beautiful nature. Get up in the morning and enjoy your coffee watching the Osprey, Eagles, and Hawks fish for their morning breakfast. Located about 40 minutes away from Annapolis and DC for easy day trips. Come back in the evening and grill outside watching the beautiful sunsets. Your host lives in a historic home on the same property dating back to the early 1800's.

Mid-Century Modern: Direct Private Beach Access

Wake up in the morning to the sounds of seabirds calling and waves lapping on the beach. A huge bank of windows and sliding glass doors makes the Bay the centerpiece of the entire living and kitchen areas. The house draws you outside to enjoy a morning cup of coffee on the veranda, before heading down the stone steps to enjoy a day on the private beach, or you might simply enjoy relaxing with a book in the hammock, while listening to music on our built in speaker system.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. The home is located in a small quiet community. Being the last house on the Col-de-sac, you are surrounded by private area and 2 acres of beautiful woodlands! The house is a spilt foyer, the top half being where you would stay and the bottom half being the property managers seperate area. The top level has 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, full size kitchen and dining area and a washer and dryer too.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Open floor plan with all the modern conveniences. King size bed, with space for an additional queen size air mattress. Washer, dryer, shower/bathtub. Note, there is no smoking or vaping allowed inside the Cottage, and absolutely no "4/20" products allowed on the property. Two night minimum for all reservations, and due to documented medical allergy concerns we are unable to host pets/animals of any kind.

The nightly rate includes up to two guests, and there is a $20 per night charge for each additional guest staying overnight in the unit.
