The home is spacious and private, yet surrounded by (harmless) local wildlife. You will see many wallabies grazing on the property.

The bake house is a unique historical building circa 1880 that has been converted into contemporary accomodation. It is part of a precinct of three buildings, all relating the same function of supporting "Watson's" Bakery in the shop facing Macquarie street (now a funky homewares shop). You get to enjoy a three bedroom house. Three bedrooms upstairs with a bathroom and toilet, living kitchen, dining and laundry downstairs. You have your own private courtyard with a picnic setting.

Pipeline Chalet kunanyi / Mt Wellington is an architect designed residence, with privacy and a spectacular mountain environment on your doorstep, just 15 minutes from Hobart's CBD.
