WOW… simply…. WOW. This was the BEST hotel / apartment we have EVER stayed and we have travelled to over 20 countries across the world so that says something. Bao was a dream host. We have had some challenges with our flights and he has been so patient, understanding, compassionate, helpful, kind even when we were very stressed about the whole situation and finances. He was able to bring clarity to the situation, help us resolve it and went above and beyond consistently. The staff were all unbelievably kind and helpful, the room and private pool is ideal for couples and families who want some private space. The location is also ideal, so close to Hoi An Old Town and local beaches yet with some distance which allows peace and tranquility. We are so blessed that we’ve got to spend most of our holiday here and we want to come back. This was a gem in Vietnam and we will be grateful to Bao and his team, always 🙏🏼 Thank you, thank you, thank you! ❤️ 🇻🇳

C'était génial pour tout : les recommandations, le confort, l'accueil, le minibus qui est venu nous chercher à l'aéroport, la propreté, le personnel qui a fait les petits déjeuners et qui a pris soin de notre linge, la vue magnifique ! Que demander de plus ? Merci pour tout et on espère à très vite !!!

Le logement était parfait pour notre famille, spacieux et correspondait parfaitement à la description. Les services en chambre, cocktails et autre sont au top. Le petit déjeuner super avec un grand choix et des choses préparées sur le moment à la demande, juste parfait. Bao a fait preuve d’une grande réactivité et a su nous conseiller et nous réserver de nombreuses activités et excursions. Lui et son équipe ont vraiment été d’une grande aide et très serviables et bienveillants. Nous recommandons les yeux fermés, c’était parfait.

The best airbnb we ever stayed in! Bao’s place exceeded our expectations by far. Our family had an amazing week in one of Bao’s villas with private pool. Everything was perfect, and Bao and his whole team are very nice and helpful. They made us feel very welcome! The villa was beautifully decorated and the pool was larger than we thought, our kids really enjoyed it. The breakfast and room service was so delicious! Bao even brought homemade chips for our kids. We had 2 free dinners included in our stay, and the food was absolutely amazing! We will recommend his place to everyone. If you are looking for a retreat for your self and family in beautiful Hoi An, this is the place to book😃

This is the best stay during my trip in Vietnam. The villa is clean and even the pool is well maintained. It’s located in the forest but no bugs can be found in the room. Bao is a super host and really helpful. He offered motorcycle renting and taxi hailing service of great cost performance. The breakfast is tasty and fresh. People here are all very nice and friendly, I really appreciate it bringing us such a wonderful experience!

Für uns war es die perfekte Unterkunft. Das Apartment selbst war wie genau beschrieben, die Location war perfekt um schnell nach Hoi An zu kommen (per Grab oder Fahrrad) und das Frühstück war hervorragend. Mark und das ganze Team waren super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das von Mark empfohlene Restaurant "Breeze" ist nur 200m entfernt und bietet super Essen als auch kleine Boot-Trips.

Mark was a great host and helped us arrange a transfer 9 seater from Danang directly to the house. He was waiting for us when we arrived and showed us the two villas. Both were lovely, had comfortable large beds, and good hot showers. All were very happy with the accommodation. We spent Christmas here so found it a bit cold for using the pool. The villa itself is located out of Hoi An in a small local village area. The excellent restaurant Breeze is a 5 minute walk away and we loved dining in this jungle like location in comfortable bamboo open air building, The owners spoke good English were most accommodating. We had our best Vietnamese meals here. Mark also had arranged for our breakfasts and we chose from a Vietnamese or Western menu. This was a great treat. Both villas had kitchen areas but we didn't use them as found eating out and breakfast kept us happy. The cost of food was very reasonable. Download the Grab ap for taxis, try Lim Dining for Italian food.

Amazing house! Everything is over-value. Good sevice and good view. The house is beside the beach, you just walk there in 5mins. The kids love it. They can run and play in the house safely. We are party and swimming. Everyting is wonderful.

We had an amazing stay at the property, although it wasn’t without hiccups. When we arrived, they were trying to repair the air conditioning on the 2nd floor. We ended up moving to 2 different villas over the next 3 days before moving back to this one when they finally fixed everything. These things happen and I cannot fault the team for doing their best to accommodate us. The property and service level is amazing which is why it does deserve its 5 stars.

The place feels like a country club with private security. Definitely safe and private. The residence is designed to feel like nature blended throughout and yet still able to retain the elegance of an upscale place.

가장친한 친구들과 가족동반 12명이 3박동안 아주 편하고 즐겁게 지내다왔습니다 넓고 청결했으며 시원하게 에어콘이 나와서 좋았습니다, 다낭 식당들이나 술집들은 에어콘이 너무 약해서 덥더라구요 호스트은 SARAH 는 너무친절하게 응대를해주었고 다낭 불꽃놀이 기간이었는데 노보텔에있는 sky36바 vip석을 예약해줘서 바로앞에서 불꽃이 터지는 아름답고 잊지못할 경험을했습니다

Ngoc's apartment is relatively close to the ancient town, maybe 10-15 walk. The apartment was nice, clean, with a comfy bed and shower. The best thing about this place is the hosts' hospitality - they let us borrow bikes for free, store our luggage for late evening pick up, and even check out a little later than we were supposed to as we were running late from an event. Ngoc's responses are quick and helpful. One thing my girlfriend wanted me to mention is that walking to the apartment during the night was a little scary especially due to the lack of street lighting so if you're a solo female, that's something worth considering. That said we really enjoyed our stay here and might do again if we come back to Hoi An.

Decent place close to old town but just far enough away to be quiet at night. Water, tea and coffee available with many restaurants and mini markets close by. Mattresses are spring not foam. Didn’t get to use the pool but it looked nice. Very responsive and kind host! I was able to change to a nicer room with balcony

일단 야시장과 가까습니다. 호스트의 응답이 빠르고 머물러있는 동안 편히 있을 수 있도록 세심하게 배려해줍니다. 가성비 최고!!!! 추천합니다.

I had such an enjoyable stay here. A family run business, I was made to feel welcome from the start. Always attentive to my needs, if I needed a trip booking or a taxi, they could arrange that for you. The breakfast was lovely, cooked fresh for each person and fresh fruit. So tasty! I had a bedroom which was really big, had good views and the bed was so comfortable. I slept so well every night. It was around a 10min walk into old town, over the bridge. You can use grab app if you have the app (taxi app). There were so many good options and spas around, not just in old town. I would most definitely come back to stay here. Thank you for a great time.

We were blown away by GreenHill Villa. There was hospitality was untouchable from the moment we arrived everything was taken care of and we sat down and were shown good places to see, explained where breakfast would be, offered us bikes which are free or you can rent a good scooter for the day too. The rooms were unbelievable, the space and size of the room was amazing and well looked after rooms as well but not to mention the bath tub which worked so well especially after a long day of touring around Old Town. Due to unforeseen circumstances we had to fly back home but if we could we would have stay for 8 days easily ! Highly recommended and you won’t regret it

As a family of 4 we stayed in a twin room for 7 days. The room wash clean and well finished and the beds were comfy. The kids loved the pool. We enjoyed the short ride into the old town with the bicycles that are free for guests. Plenty to do around the area. Are hosts were very helpful and made us feel very welcome. Excellent service.
