Emm's House Homestay is a lovely villa with several bedroom ensuite units located near each other. The ensuite is modern and clean along with the bedroom, like a hotel. The second bedroom was accessed through outdoor stairs but is fully private. The host Emm was always responsive and we had a lovely time using the free bicycles.

호이안 올드타운이랑 가까운 숙소 중에서 아이포함 일곱명 대가족이 한꺼번에 묵을만한 곳을 찾았는데 가격대비 좋았어요. 부엌이 방마다 붙어있지 않지만 쿠킹스쿨과 식당을 겸하는 큰 부엌이 따로 있었구 설거지나 집기 준비 안해도 되니까 좋았네요. 물론 사용도 자유롭게 할수 있었구요. 지도상으로는 잘 몰랐는데 알고보니 코코넛빌리지 문화유적? 안에 있었어요. 코코넛배 타러 오는 사람들이 엄청 많았고 주로 한국인 관광객이 많았는데 그래서인지 가요가 엄청 크게 많이 들렸어요. 원래 낮에 여행하느라 집에 안들어오니까 몰랐는데 애가 아파서 일찍 들어온 날 좀 놀랐네요. 너무 가요들을 많이 틀어서.. 하하 관광 코스 안에 있으니까 어쩔수 없는 부분인듯... 아 코코넛배 타실거면 해질녘에 타시는 것도 좋은거 같아요. 저희는 첫날 일정이 좀 늦어서 어쩌다보니 저녁 다될무렵에 탔는데 관광객들도 싹 빠지고 강도 한가롭고 조용하고 노을도 조금씩 보이고... 분위기 좋았답니다. 코코넛배 운전하는 청년들이 자꾸 한국 가요 불러주고 춤춰주고 그런 서비스를 하는데 됐다고 앉으라고... 그래서인지 코코넛잎으로 이것저것 예쁜 것들을 많이 만들어줬어요. 애들이 너무 좋아했어요. 집주인 친절하고 사모님도 친절하구요, 집주인이랑 영어가 잘 통합니다. 슈퍼 같은것은 근처에 없는데 옷이랑 가방 파는 기념품가게는 많이 있구요. 과일 먹고싶은데 좀 사다달라고 부탁했더니 사다줬어요. 맥주랑 물은 그냥 집 안의 식당에서 사먹었습니다. 슈퍼에서 사는거나 같은 가격이길래... 방이 넓고, 좋았어요. 아침 포함이라 더 좋았고, 택시 그랩 부르면 올드타운까지 잘 다닐수 있었어요. 아참 유적지 안에 있는 집이라서 관광하고 돌아올때 입구에 매표소에서 표 사라고 할수도 있어요. 숙소에서 주는 지도 갖고다니면서 여기 숙박한다고 보여주고 그러면 들어올수 있어요. 한적한 동네에서 잘 숙박했습니다. We initially had some trouble finding the place because maps was showing the wrong location. Our host Vy was lovely and walked up to meet us and help. The place is very spacious and perfect for our family of 5. The school next door can be quite loud, but didn’t bother us much - the kids were cute and no louder than our own children! It was easy to walk across the bridge and access everything in the old town on foot. We had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend.

Huynh and his Mum are the perfect hosts. So kind and welcoming. The house is clean and perfectly located. 10 minute walk to the bustling town but quiet enough if you want to get away from it all. A 5 minute walk to Hoi A Memories. The welcome basket was so appreciated and the laundry service next door is ideal. Definitely recommend!

Vicky was super friendly and enthusiastic from the start. The room was clean and sunny, just noisy because it’s near the motorcycle bridge that a lot of other reviews mention. On arrival, the bathroom’s drain was leaking and there were ants, but they fixed everything they could quickly to the best of their abilities. The laundry service was quick and good. The room is true to pictures—nice and big with comfortable beds. Note that the bicycle for rent is broken, but you can rent next door for the same price. They gave me fish and rice when I was sick and let us check out a little late. They also gave us snacks and sandwiches for checkout. Very kind people run this place and it’s walkable to the ancient town. Thank you so much again!

Our stay at Majestic Villa in Hoi An was wonderful. The host, Nguyen, was fantastic—warm, helpful, and always attentive. The room was cozy, spacious, and beautifully maintained. A perfect place to relax after exploring the city!

Der Aufenthalt bei Na war eines der Highlights meiner Vietnamreise! Sie ist eine wunderbare Gastgeberin, hat mich mit frischem Gemüse aus dem Garten und selbstgemachter Mandelmilch verwöhnt, mit tolle Tipps zur Region gegeben und war für Fragen jederzeit erreichbar. Das Homestay ist ruhig gelegen, umgeben von Einheimischen und man ist sehr schnell in der Natur. Trotzdem ist das Stadtzentrum zu Fuß in 30 Minuten, mit dem Fahrrad in 10 Minuten erreichbar. Insgesamt perfekt für Menschen, die ein Bisschen mehr Vietnam und ein Bisschen weniger Massentourismus erleben , aber dennoch die Highlights von Hoi An mitnehmen wollen!😊

Amazing views in a very quiet spot. Believe the reviews and the photos are totally true to the views. Pool was clean and lovely to relax by in the heat of the day and bikes available for free if you felt more active! We stayed in the garden view apartment and it was great to have the kitchen and living area for breakfasts and cold drinks. The upstairs bedroom was very cool with the air conditioning over night and having two bathrooms was a great addition! The owners were lovely and friendly, always available via messaging and our welcoming evening meal was such a surprise and so tasty. Being able to order food and having a fridge with beers and soft drinks at a good price was also great. We did walk in via the metal bridge to old town Hoi An once but used Grab after that. Much less excitement! Very easy to get in for the evenings and fantastic food/restaurants/atmosphere. Great to come back to the peace and tranquility each night! The place is located away from the Old Town so there are less tourist. Surrounded by nature and away from the crowd, it's perfect for people who arr looking for a retreat. It is really peaceful. The unit was clean when we arrived and is perfect. However, please do note that there's a farm nearby so you can hear the rooster crowing. If you are a light sleeper, you will need good earplugs. You can have your food delivered by Grab so it's good. The owner also arranged an airport pick up at a very affordable price. She also know a motorcycle rental. We would recommend Mona Apartment for anyone looking for a place to stay from the touristy spot and the crowd.

Kim’s place was wonderful - we were received with warmth, offered pick ups and drops from Da Nang for competitive fees, and given lots of good food and shopping recommendations. The old town and night market are very close. The room was perfect for us, with a lovely balcony with a view. It’s also very smartly laid out, and felt big enough for the 3 of us. The bathroom was really nice too. Complimentary filter coffee at the entrance added to it all. Overall the best place we’ve stayed in so far in Vietnam, thank you so much Kim!

Loan è stata molto gentile e presente, ci ha aiutato in ogni nostra richiesta, rispondendo sempre velocemente e con soluzioni immediate. L'alloggio si trova in una posizione strategica per visitare la città e i dintorni, in una via secondaria che permette di godere di silenzio durante la notte. La stanza e il bagno erano puliti, a parte un po' di polvere, unico neo, le molte tende presenti che erano un po' vecchie e da rinfrescare.

Lovely and comfortable apartment. Very close to the town centre, but at the same time on a quiet side street. Great to have a washing machine and dryer available. Lovely to have a rooftop pool and several bikes available for guests. Staff were so friendly and helpful.

My fam had a fantastic stay! The location is perfect—conveniently situated between Hoi An and Da Nang, making it easy to explore both cities. The host was incredibly generous with the check-out time, which was a huge plus. Communication was excellent; she was always available and responded very quickly to any questions. Highly recommend staying here!

We felt incredibly lucky to have found Nga’s apartment for our month-long stay in Hoi An. The location was ideal—close to everything—and we really enjoyed being part of a local Vietnamese neighborhood. The apartment had all the basic kitchen essentials, though we mostly chose to eat out. Having a washing machine right in the suite was a great bonus. One of our favorite parts of the day was sipping coffee on the patio while watching the neighborhood come to life in the mornings. Nga and her husband were wonderfully responsive and truly outstanding hosts. We’d happily stay here again without a second thought.

We loved our stay here. Lovely view. Lenh was super friendly and always responded when we had questions. We had breakfast every day in the restaurant that belongs to the resort. The amenities are amazing. I highly recommend this flat.

Kathy is an amazing host. The apartment has a very nice view and is spotless. The beach and the pools are also very beautiful. I would definitely recommend to stay.
