Great villa as advertised. Kiet was very friendly and responsive. Fantastic place to stay, very spacious, clean and comfortable. We loved the pool and spa. So nice to relax in after a busy day exploring. Highly recommend this stay!! Thank you Kiet for a wonderful in Hoi An.

I also most hate to give away this new secret but I mist because it was my favorite airbnb ever after well over 10 years. Do NOT let the 2 reviews make you shy away from this home—why only 2 reviews? It was a recent remodel and was opened next to 2 other amazing spaces at Anicca Villa. The property leasing agent, Huong, was responsive and made checkin so easy plus offered other community activities. Luong was a special house manager—she made me and my friend feel like family, taking care with every detail. She provided reduced sodium meals. She turned on the home lights when we were returning late. She checked on us just enough. We didnt want to leave. Enjoy your stay!

From start to finish, Loic and Hoa and the rest of the team looked after us and our four children staying with us super well. The house is beautiful, in a gorgeous peaceful location, with a lovely view of the paddy-fields exactly as pictured. The friendly team of lovely ladies cooked us a delicious fresh breakfast each morning and the hosts went above and beyond to provide food for our babies and children and help us out with things we needed. The only thing that was a little disappointing is that the fourth bedroom is not as pictured on the listing. The listing on 'where you will sleep' shows another picture of the master bedroom. The actual fourth room is downstairs and does not have a window. Otherwise, everything was perfect. The beds were comfy, the kitchen and bar was incredibly well stocked. We definitely hope to return!

I loved this villa, being in the small pool overlooking the rice field was a truly memorable experience. I could see local people working in the field, buffalo not far with a bicycle ride. The home was modern and a delight to stay in. Anna was a wonderful host and went out of her way to help us.

Sehr schöne geräumige Villa. Netter kontakt und auch kurzfristige Serviceleistungen waren kein Problem. Direkt am Meer, welches wunderschön und fast leer war. Privater Pool, öffentlicher Pool. Leider waren wenn man essen offen hinlegt schnell Ameisen da, ist aber halb so wild. Sollte man aber wissen wenn man empfindlich ist. Alles in allem zu empfehlen!

Amazing place with brilliant resort facilities. Honestly if you don't like this place then maybe travelling isn't for you. It doesn't get much better than this.

Kleinod am Hidden Beach. Tolle Villa, großzügige Schlafräume und Bäder, alles super stilvoll. Ein tolles Frühstück wurde uns im eigenen Haus, zubereitet, ein paar Mezer vom Strand entfernt, essen konnte man an der Strandbar und dem überfüllten Hoi An entfliehen. Wir haben jederzeit mit David kommunizieren können, er hat uns jeden Wusch erfüllt, total klasse und erholsam!!!

Our stay in Tri’s place was truly amazing. Tri kindly organised airport pickup for us and made sure we had a smooth check in. As soon as we arrived we were greeted with Tri’s team who were extremely welcoming and friendly. They made sure we had everything we needed for our stay in Hoi An. From recommending local restaurants and arranging activities, everything was taken care of for our trip. Tri and his team went above and beyond for us during our stay, which we really appreciated. I couldn’t recommend this villa enough!

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The rooms were clean and very comfortable, we could not have asked for more. The location is walkable to the river, markets, great restaurants and shopping. We would stay here again, and the staff were very helpful with recommendations and helping us with transportation.
