Host was quick to respond. Place was very nice and clean. Lots of amenities. I would definitely recommend this place to a family with kids. Lots of activities on the property to do. Easy driving distance to Fernandina Beach and shopping in the Jacksonville area. Not far from Jacksonville airport.

The house was great for our family reunion. Plenty of common area to spread out, but areas for all of us to gather. Matt and Amy were very helpful and responsive.

The house was very clean and contained good furniture and well arranged for out visit. Thankyou for being a great host.

Beautiful home amazing host would definitely rent again

My family and I visited Jacksonville for a wedding at Epping Forest Yacht Club. Matt's home was the perfect location-only a 6-minute drive to the venue. From booking to check-out, Matt was responsive to our messages to him. The house was exactly as described in the listing. The house was clean, well stocked with all we needed, especially good for families with children-plenty of toys, a high chair, one large and one smaller pack n play. The outdoor space was so nice. We all had a great time in the pool with the little ones. Definitely a place we would consider renting again if we are back in the area.

This was a trip for me and my sister and our spouses to visit our retired Navy vet uncle but when we seen this place we decided our uncle needed to come to us😃. The house was beautiful and the dock at the river was a plus because I was able to go fishing a little bit. We really enjoyed and we are already making plans to come back to this exact spot. Easy to find. Nice and secluded. Host was very responsive. Right by the water. Right by the interstate so easy to get places ( far enough from the interstate that it isn’t noisy )

Million dollar views! The home is lovely. Each of the beds is comfortable, plenty of towels were provided and the kitchen is well equipped. What more could you want? Wait a minute -- the views! The back of the living area is a wall of glass overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. Waking early, I sipped my coffee as I watched the sun rise over the ocean, listening to the birds singing and the gentle sounds as the tide rolled in. The beach is a short walk away. It's a wide stretch of the beach and was mostly empty when we walked it in the early evening. Fernandina Beach is such a nice beach town and we enjoyed a wonderful lunch and afternoon of shopping. You'll enjoy your stay here!

Location is great, hosts were super responsive and helpful. Very close to airport and I-95. Apartment is very clean and plenty of towels for guests.

I had an amazing stay! The apartment was spotless and beautifully equipped with everything you could need and more. The view of the lake was stunning, and all the thoughtful touches like coffee, sweets, and water made the experience even better. I’m beyond pleased with my stay and truly grateful. Marisa has had been great to communicate with and responsive. She was a great advocate for making sure our packing space was for us. The room was wonderfully decorated and very welcoming!

This was a beautiful place to stay. Everything seemed brand new, communication was quick, the pool was very relaxing, and there was so much to do nearby. The bed was super comfortable and there was plenty of room. We look forward to staying here again.

The best Airbnb experience I’ve ever had. This place was super convenient for what I needed and they were accommodating for an early check in and late checkout. I will definitely be back if the apartment is available next month.
