This charming historical bungalow with views of Trout River and Rolliston Park is situated in a peaceful natural setting, yet is convenient to I-95, Jacksonville International Airport, JAXPORT Cruise Terminal, EverBank Stadium (home of the Jacksonville Jaguars), VyStar Ball Park, Dailey's Place Amphitheater, and the Jacksonville Zoo. The owners live nearby and are available to welcome and assist you. A fifth guest will be comfortable on the sunroom daybed. Please note: This is NOT a party venue.

Our tiny house, in the heart of Avondale, is feet away from the amazing Boone Park and walking distance from top dining and shopping while a few minutes biking or driving puts you in Riverside and downtown.

This peaceful and central detached guest apartment is located in a friendly neighborhood near the St. John's river, 10 mins from Downtown Jacksonville, and less than a half hour from the beach. Enjoy the privacy of this newly renovated space complete with a queen sized bed, TV, kitchenette, bathroom/shower, closet, and keypad lock for easy access in and out. Lots of restaurants and grocery stores close by! Come relax and unwind in this cozy space perfect for 2! Use caution climbing stairs :)

Rent this dog friendly guest house in our quiet well-groomed backyard. Studio comes with queen-size bed, couch, closet, mini fridge, Keurig, microwave, table & chairs. Enjoy DirecTV & dedicated WiFi router. Savor a peaceful cup of coffee or evening cocktail on the attached wood deck. Well behaved dogs are encouraged to run free in the fully fenced in yard. One of our favorite things about where we live is being able to enjoy the open space of the country while being close to the vibrant city of Jacksonville and the beautiful beaches.
