Located a short distance from the towns of Herceg Novi as well as Dubrovnik, guests can enjoy the hustle and bustle of nearby beaches, bars and restaurants and then return to the peaceful village and enjoy all this property has to offer, including amazing views of the mountain and bay.

Njivice Coastal Oasis This one-bedroom apartment is located on middle floor and offers one bedroom, a fully equipped bathroom and a spacious kitchen with living room. It is comfortable for up to 3 persons, mainly parents with one child (there is a double bed + sofa bed). The balcony offers amazing views of the whole bay and the property owns a private beach with sunbeds hidden down the multiple stairs to the coastline. The stairs will be a small challenge but we promise it is worth it!

From the balcony, you can enjoy beautiful views of Boka Bay and the Verige Strait. Guests also have access to the terraces in front of the house, which are arranged on three levels. These terraces offer dining and coffee tables, as well as an outdoor shower — perfect for relaxing and enjoying the fresh sea air.

It is an apartment within the private house which has a beautiful terrace with great sea view... It is 300 meters away from the sea coast, downhill. It is in the quite neighbourhood, close to the city center, restaurant and shops and local transport.
