The place is perfect for us to for our staycation just a few blows away from glenwood so easy walking distance to restaurants. Also great view from a high floor.

The apartment was perfect for our stay. Off street parking was very convenient. Space was clean and comfy. Quiet and peaceful building with walkable restaurants. We were visiting our son at NCSU which was only 1 mile from the apartment. We would stay again and recommend this place.

We loved the location more than anything — it was truly the highlight of our stay! The space was exactly like the pictures: updated, very nice, and perfect for two people. Being so close to restaurants and local spots made it super easy to explore the area. It can get a bit noisy at night because of how lively the neighborhood is, but if you’re a heavy sleeper, it’s no big deal. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable, but it worked fine for us. Overall, a great stay in a stylish and convenient spot!

Great place to stay! Super close to downtown, but far enought to where your not bothered by the clubs or bars. My partner and I while definetly be back in the future!

Overall very clean and right in the center for going back and forth between towns. I wish I could've stayed longer honestly it felt just like home

We loved staying at Adam & Ashley's little home in downtown Raleigh. The interior design was really beautiful. The beds were very comfortable. Everything new and in excellent condition. Loved being close to the historic Oakwood neighborhood The location was excellent. Lots of restaurants, coffee shops, bars. Not much shopping but easy to get to downtown Raleigh museums, etc. We also enjoyed sitting outside in the back yard. Would recommend this great place to everyone!

Great neighborhood and location. Easy to walk our dog. Quiet and friendly. House had a great layout. House was well equipped. Back yard was peaceful, fenced, and great for our dog.

We had a great stay at Eric’s place! The location was perfect—close to the airport and very convenient for our travel plans. The home was well-stocked with everything we could possibly need, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. When we had a last-minute change of plans, Eric was responsive, understanding, and kind enough to accommodate us. We truly appreciated his flexibility and hospitality. Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting the Raleigh, North Carolina area!

Everything inside the home was great! The steps to get upstairs were a little steep but we managed. Everyone loved listening to the frogs at night and watching water birds during the day.

This home was so cozy and comfortable. We absolutely enjoyed our stay and hope to be able to book again the next time we are in the area.

House was very nice. Quiet and peaceful. Huge master bedroom and updated master bath. Very nice updated kitchen. We had a nice time and would return.

There are clear instructions for anyone not used to the uniqueness of an eco friendly tiny house. The loft is super cozy. We got a wonderful sleep. The bed linens were very soft - so soft I had to ask where they were from! The kitchen is set up thoughtfully. There’s even a French press for coffee lovers. There was a small mirror for anyone to use for make up AND facial wipes to get ready for bed with ease. A sweet yard cat is always a bonus! We were in town for a show at the beautiful Carolina Theatre. There were restaurants and bars close to that and it was all less than five minutes away. Tens across the board. We loved it.

Beautiful space! Very peaceful and wonderful option for a staycation. Process to book and find location was very simple while process to access unit was slightly challenging…but once steps were properly followed it was worth the wait. We absolutely loved our stay at B’s place! This listing gives you access to one bedroom in a spacious 2-bedroom apartment. The apartment complex is quiet and the kitchen was well stocked. Perfectly located for Dreamville Fest (20 min drive) with multiple grocery stores nearby, the apartment was impeccably clean, featuring high-quality towels and sheets. We especially enjoyed the private balcony with tree views for morning coffee. B was a fantastic host, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience—highly recommend!
