William is a Great host he has unbelievable Customers service I can't say more than he's the role model for all Airbnb host !! we stood for Easter we had a wonderful stay !! wonderful neighbors safe area, Big driveway! master shower is a treat! major comfortable beds ! easy living for sure I would definitely stay again if in the area I completely recommend!

It was perfect for what we were looking for as a family to spend time together and rest! We loved it and would recommend!

We had a great stay at Eric’s place! The location was perfect—close to the airport and very convenient for our travel plans. The home was well-stocked with everything we could possibly need, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. When we had a last-minute change of plans, Eric was responsive, understanding, and kind enough to accommodate us. We truly appreciated his flexibility and hospitality. Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting the Raleigh, North Carolina area!

We had a fantastic stay! The check-in process was incredibly easy and clearly explained, which made arrival smooth and stress-free. The home was spotless upon arrival and had plenty of space—perfect for our larger group. Everything felt updated and well-maintained, with modern appliances that made cooking and relaxing a breeze. We especially loved spending time on both the front and back porches—they were great spaces to hang out. Communication with the host was excellent; they were quick to respond to any questions and even went out of their way to send over laundry detergent when we ran out. Highly recommend this place and would absolutely stay again. Thank you!

We were in Durham for the Biscuits & Banjos Festival and really loved staying at Christina's place. 10 minutes from everywhere we needed to go, and also close to really great vintage shops (so fun!). Christina was a pro at communication and navigating a slight hiccup, and it really set the stage for our stay. The kitchen was set up for everything we needed (and we ate in the majority of our stay) and really loved the back yard area to sit and enjoy the weather! We didn't mind the absence of a TV, loved her collection of books, and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Definitely would recommend to others. 10/10

Very close to duke. Great location. Only negative was — only one bathroom which could be an issue if you have large family. Otherwise really good location and great communication.

Lanae was just the kindest hostess. We were coming to Durham to see our daughter and her partner. Suddenly their dog fell ill and Lanae was able to take us earlier. Her house is lovely - great pool, squeaky clean and near a beautiful park. We are so grateful for a perfect stay. We will be back! Laura and Joe

This was a great place for the price. Located so close to many restaurants and shopping as well as equidistant to UNC and Duke. A few times I could hear the upstairs neighbor walking around but it was not loud and never lasted more than a minute. Overall, a quiet, peaceful stay. Very comfortable bed, too.

The space was accurately represented in the photos and generally met our expectations. The location was convenient and check-in was smooth. The living areas were comfortable for our group, though the property showed some signs of wear. While advertised for up to 12 people, the bathroom situation is something future guests should note - there are only two bathrooms, with the master bathroom being quite small and featuring a barn door that doesn't offer complete privacy. For larger groups, this could create some challenges with bathroom scheduling. Overall, we had a good stay, but would recommend this place for smaller groups (perhaps 6-8 people) rather than the maximum capacity of 12 if bathroom access and privacy are important to your group.

We had a good stay at this Airbnb. The host was very responsive around any questions we had which was appreciated. It was a spacious house and backyard which would work well for a family. Quiet neighborhood, easy to take evening walks around in. Has washer/dryer which was helpful for an extended stay. Thanks Shawna!

Yuan was an amazing host super accommodating with my last-minute booking after our original plans fell through. After a quick conversation, he had no problem with us bringing pets, which was a huge relief. The home was clean, in a quiet, lovely neighborhood, and bonus there’s a pool! Highly recommend.

This was the perfect place to stay for a family reunion. The bed was super comfortable, the pool was so nice to go sit out by and I loved the screened in porch 😍

I’ve stayed in the apartment 4 times in the last 9 months I think and I’d highly recommend it to anybody. The gym within west village is fantastic and it’s so easy to walk to great places and also to go for a run. I love staying there and hope to be back again soon!

Ting's home was everything my family needed. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook for a big family. Everyone was confortable and felt at home. There is something for everyone, it's truly a beautiful home with great energy. We hope to stay again on our next visit!

The place was great, I would definitely stay here again. How to navigate the door lock should be included in the check in instructions, possibly a different lock should be added being that as soon as you put in the code the light on the keypad turned off so you can’t hit the check mark. The door also doesn’t lock just by closing it, you have to hit the sign and then there is a bit of a delay before you it locks, took me about 20 min to get it the first night and maybe down 2-3 min the rest of my stay.

This was the perfect place for us to land in Durham. Super sweet house, very communicative hosts, everything in excellent condition. Nice neighborhood to walk the dog and a quick drive to (well, everywhere!) but also to one of the nicest dog parks I’ve ever been to. Would happily stay there again. Thanks for a great stay!

I recently had surgery at Duke hospital, and couldn't have picked a better place to recuperate. The apartment was immaculate, comfortable, and serene. I was accompanied by my sister and brother-in-law, who had their own bedroom and bath as did I. The beds were plush and comfy, as were the bath linens. I so enjoyed taking daily walks through the nearby cemetery. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. The hosts were very responsive. The location is extremely convenient. Check in and check out were as smooth as cream. There were tenants in the apartment above, and their movements were easily heard. However, I would not hesitate to stay again.

Fantastic find!! It was absolutely perfect for my short visit with my fur children! Great location and really comfortable-I felt right at home!! Will definitely come back again!
