Todo excelente, tuvimos una anfitriona muy amable siempre atenta a lo que necesitábamos; la zona era muy tranquila, pero al mismo tiempo muy cerca de todos los restaurantes, bares, tiendas, etc y hay un acceso a la playa muy cerca ; totalmente equipado desde cocina, ropa de cama y baños, además nos dejaron insumos como sal, aceite, café, azúcar, jabón, lo cual es útil si es que se te olvida llevar. En general es un inmueble sencillo pero muy confortable, desde que llegas te hacen sentir muy cómodo.

Very easy to check-in. Please be aware that the unit is on the third floor without a lift. You will need assistance with large luggage. Once you enter, the place is just as you see on the photos, elegant and classy with all the amenities needed to be comfortable. The neighbors were very friendly and helpful. We purchased a 5 gallon jug of water, even though the unit has filtered water. The kitchen was stocked with all the necessary utensils, glasses, dishes, coffee cups, dish towels, etc. Great refrigerator to keep food, fruits and juices nice and cold. Large showers with plenty of towels and hot water. Ceiling fans and TVs with remotes in every room. Easy to locate for the Uber, DiDi or taxi; 10 minutes to a Walmart. One block from the beach to watch beautiful sunsets! Wonderful hosts!

La atención de Claudia y sus colaboradores es calida y servicial. Siempre pendiente para atender cualquier detalle. La estancia se encuentra en excelentes condiciones. Se encuentra una cafetería en el acceso principal en donde de ofrece café, pan y otros sandwiches con muy buen sabor.

el alojamiento de fabián fue muy agradable, te hace sentir como en casa, es bonito, de buen tamaño y totalmente limpio, excelente, mil gracias!

El lugar está excelente cuenta con todo lo necesario para pasar una estadía muy amena, en una ubicación muy agradable, tranquila y segura, fácil de llegar y las instrucciones son muy precisas para acceder, así como a unas cuadras está la playa, y la calle principal donde se encuentran los restaurantes y lugares donde comprar las cosas de necesidad. Así mismo no se dificulta encontrar trasporte para moverse por el malecón, simplemente tomando el trasporte público en la calle principal te lleva a los lugares turísticos como el acuario, faro, el puerto, el centro y el observatorio.

This place was exactly as pictured! The view towards the ocean was amazing! :) The host was friendly and responsive. It’s walking distance from many restaurants and convince store. It can get noisy at night but that’s anywhere near the ocean here.

Solo un detalle del baño que estaba tapado el Resumidero del baño… es cuestión de limpiarlo porque se queda ahí el agua. Nada relevante. Si vuelvo. Muy agradecido

Exelente lugar para descansar muy seguro y comodo cuenta con todos los servicios de primer nivel la anfitrión muy atenta, la casa en Exelentes condiciones muy recomendable.... Volvere el siguente año .

We brought our 18 year old son and 3 of his friends for their senior year spring break and stayed at Monica’s beautiful condo in the Golden Zone. With enough beds for all six of us and 2.5 bathrooms it was perfect! We walked everyday to the local shops, restaurants, and all of the bars with live music EVERY Night. The pool is really great, especially enjoyed the swim up bar and being able to put pesos down ahead of time towards food and drinks. The view from the living room balcony is so beautiful! The condo is exactly how it is described and pictured. The only suggestions we have are: more outdoor furniture, particularly on the master bedroom balcony (there’s none). FYI for those considering this place- it’s right in the golden zone, so it can be loud at night and there isn’t a beach to sit on unless you go up the beach a bit and rent chairs. Other suggestions: have extra blankets for chilly MZT nights, more pillows, and some fans. We would definitely stay here again!!

This place is an amazing little gem in Mazatlan. It was better than advertised and when I go through Mazatlan again I will be staying there… if it’s available … I hope. The host was flexible, accommodating, friendly, and very fast with help when I reached out. You’ll be lucky if you get to stay here.
