This place was great to visit DC, and a much cheaper alternative to a hotel. We arrived very late and she was very accommodating. would recommend!

Le logement était très bien mis, à part le fait que pour y accéder il faut monter deux escaliers ce qui n’est pas pratique quand vous êtes charger,et le manque de four aussi vraiment dommage, mais sinon dans le reste appartement ressemblant comme sur les photos,consignes de l’hôte claire et faciles à appliquer,hôte très réactif, A quelques pas du logement il y a un trader joe's pour effectuer quelques courses mais il n’y a pas énormément de choix,sinon il y a un CVS un peut plus loin,la ligne de métro Froggy Bottom a 5min à pied très pratique. Mis à part ses petits détails la ville est très interessante,culturellement parlant les musée accessible gratuitement,ville très propre,ville très good vibes je recommande ce logement ainsi que cette destination. Nous avons passer un excellent séjour 😇😇.

I have stayed at David & Kathy's place before...This is a very nice apartment located near DuPont Circle and all of the exciting things on 14th Street. The neighborhood is pretty quiet and the unit is very private, separate entrance, etc. I would highly recommend this place, I plan to stay there again when I visit DC.

location is great, 10 min walk from a lot of restaurants. house is in a quiet neighborhood and very clean, chique and looks newly renovated. kitchen is spacious and has alot of appliances. Host is responsive, provided everything needed, was nice to have water bottles

This is was our second time here, highly recommended! Richard's apartment is very comfortable and his attention to details what made me book this apartment again. Everything you might need during your stay is available for you. The bedding is the best thing about this apartment very soft and good quality. Bathroom and laundry room are convenient and clean. Even simple things like the coffee beans were good quality.

A great centrally-located spot. A Whole Foods and lots of restaurants nearby. The apartment had everything we needed and was very clean. We would stay there again!

We had a great stay at Khalids place. The apartment was clean and spacious & we especially enjoyed using the balcony in the evening to sit out for a drink and watch the birds. Check in / check out was straightforward and the location was good because it was only a short walk to local shops / eateries and the public park. We would stay there again.

Carlos and Lynn's 2-bedroom, 1-bath unit was great. Very comfortable, with good amenities, TVs in every room, a nice, well-appointed kitchen, terrific bathroom towels and large shower, and ample space for everyone. His responsiveness was excellent, and his communication was spot on. I highly recommend this unit.

New construction - everything was new and in good condition. The check-in was fine, only thing was that I had to google how to use the electronic door keypad and manual lockbox. Otherwise, a nice little cozy getaway in DC!

Maggie’s house was perfect for our family getaway! You can’t beat this location. It was a quick walk to Eastern Market metro and tons of local shopping/dining options, yet the street was peaceful and quiet. We were able to spread out and relax as a family of three with two dogs. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed. Maggie was responsive and helpful from booking and through our stay. 10/10, would book again.

We had a great stay here. The home looked exactly like the pictures and was very clean. Henok was a kind and responsive host. We would definitely stay here again!

Tyler's place was perfect for our stay with our extended family. It's spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room to relax indoors and out. It has a very nice large porch and deck, great for some solitude or for kids to play. The beds were comfy and the linens ample, there are gorgeous large bathrooms and luxurious showers, the kitchen was well-stocked and included an amazing high-end stove, and the living spaces are nicely decorated and furnished with art and tons of books. One bedroom had lots of toys and kids' books, a very nice touch. Tyler was helpful, accommodating, and responsive. The location is very convenient to Arlington National Cemetery and within walking distance to a Metro stop. Everything about this rental was fantastic--we highly recommend it if you need a lovely space for a large group. Thanks, Tyler!

Fantastic host. Very responsive. House is fantastic. Stayed with my mother & daughter for the weekend. All of the bedrooms were clean and as described. Towels provided. Pillows were comfy :) House looks like the pics. Very clean and updated. No issues getting in/out. With 3 of us staying at the house, made it easy. We are able to use the kitchen, cable/chromecast and also the washing machine. Looking forward to coming back to DC for another trip when the Mets are in town and will 100% try to book. Cant recommend the host enough. Very helpful, nice & accommodating. Thank you Russell

We had a great time staying here. The location was awesome, a fun walk to the Metro via the Messianic Memorial. It was great family place, lots of room, a full kitchen (we cooked Easter Dinner there!). Couldn't have been more pleased!

This has been one of the best, if not the best airbnb I have stayed at. The location was good to get a lyft or the subway. We were also within walking distance of a few restaurants/shops. The amenities were stellar. The hosts were very nice and made everything easy and comfortable for our stay.

Es war das perfekte Apartment für unseren Städte Trip! Die Lage am Capitol Hill ist fantastisch und in 20 Minuten Fussnähe zum Capitol und vielen Museen. Es ist ein ruhiges Wohnviertel mit einigen netten Restaurants in der Nähe! Wenn ich nochmals nach Washington D.C gehen werde, würde ich wieder dieses Apartment buchen!

I would definitely recommend this property. Everything went perfectly. It was conveniently located to restaurants, shopping and the waterfront. I definitely loved this home soooo spotless felt right at home. You might hear people walking here and there BUT it’s not an all the time thing, other than that it’s so peaceful. Kitchen is beautiful and has all the spices you kinda need if you wanna cook, bed was sooooooo comfortable and the living room was so inviting. It’s close to food spots banks grocery stores, etc. I’m definitely booking again.

We had an amazing stay.. the place was exactly as described and very close to all the main tourist spots . Great place to stay if you have young kids too.
