Very nice place, walking distance to the grocery store and a number of good restaurants, very good hot water for the bath, comfy bed, would highly recommend!

Steve and Kathryn were both very kind and responsive. Their instructions for everything were laid out in clear detail, from how to set up the TV to getting everything set up for checkout. Would highly recommend, particularly if you’re interested in visiting the Mt Shasta area as a lot of the sites we visited were within an hour drive.

Nice place. Spacious kitchen. Two queen size beds and one single bed. Richard was kind enough to let us use a travel crib for our baby. AC/heater in individual bed rooms were also nice. There were plenty of blankets as well. Walkable to the supermarket and an Indian restaurant (both highly recommended). Felt very safe.

Cute apartment in an historic building. An easy walk to downtown and we enjoyed being close to the railway, we love the sound of a train. (Light sleepers take note: there weren’t a lot of trains coming through but you do hear them when they do.). The king size bed was very comfortable and the towels were nice and thick.

Easy place to stop while passing through Northern California. The snacks and food were a nice touch! Would recommend 👌

John was very friendly and welcoming. We felt completely at home on his and Sandy’s beautiful property! It’s a peaceful and enchanting getaway in the forest, yet an easy five minutes from town. We didn’t want to leave.

Me and my wife had a wonderful 2 night stay at thyra's place, thyra has been extremely helpful with clear and detailed instructions , the place is so close to the hedge creek falls , you can simply walk to the falls , its a very beautiful fall . we would definitely like to come back here next time, Thank you thrya for being an excellent host and letting us stay at your place :)

This place is great, especially for the price. While it's just a 1 bedroom apartment, it feels much bigger than the photos show, especially the bedroom. The bed is super comfy and the bedroom doesn't share a wall with neighbors, just the carports, it's quiet. It's within reasonable walking distance to all the shops, restaurants, etc. The shower has the strongest water pressure of any shower I've ever been in. It's amazing. I'll definitely stay here again if it's available.

Cozy, comfortable stay with 3 bedrooms in beautiful Mount Shasta. Sandra had great recommendations for dinner and hikes.

This place is all time. Our highlights. 2 minute walk to the main town strip with shops, restaurants, gear shops/rentals/etc, and..... crystals!! The views out the bedroom and living room are unbeatable. Small but FULLY capable kitchen with nice pots/pans/dishes/coffee/etc table for 2. Bed and bedroom are very comfortable. Place was very clean. It is near the train tracks (as with EVERYTHING in Mt. Shasta), but it's actually not too bad.

Fantastic location, super comfortable beds, amazing game room - we did not want to leave. My nephews had a blast playing ping pong and darts and the kitchen was very well stocked with appliances - and plenty of clean towels!

We enjoyed our stay here, hiking in the nearby parks, followed by relaxing in the hot tub and the. spending time checking out the town with a variety of restaurants within walking distance.

We have stayed here twice and it has been perfect for our family. There have even been improvements to the grounds between our stays. We haven't had any issues that needed attention but Sandra has responded immediately when we have had questions. Highly recommended and we will be staying again!
