Located 200m from the golf course, right next to town and Geographe Bay, this house is ideal for your next down south visit.

This private studio is just 300m from town and the beach. Attached to the main house but fully self‑contained, it offers your own entrance and a secluded courtyard. Inside, you’ll find a queen bedroom, an ensuite bathroom, a kitchenette, and a comfortable lounge room. The studio includes reverse‑cycle air conditioning, Wi‑Fi and a TV. The private courtyard is ideal for storing bikes or surfboards and there is shaded off‑street parking. Access is simple with a lockbox at the studio entrance.

The Studio offers wifi and smart TV for evening entertainment, or for that weekend retreat. Secure storage for boards/bikes. Ideally located for exploring the attractions and events that Dunsborough and the Margaret River Wine Region have to offer. Please note that The Studio is unsuitable for children.

Peaceful block and perfect place to relax down south and enjoy the bush surroundings and view of the ocean. Located between Dunsborough and Yallingup. 5-10 min drive to either location. Nice surrounding bush walks or short drives to wineries and plenty of amazing tourist attractions. No pets are allowed in the house but you can bring a dog provided it stays outside of the house for the entire stay.
