Our lovingly restored and converted stone barn. Our aim is for guests to experience a historic and traditional Irish country home, while enjoying the comforts of modern living. We have SKYTV, DVD and WIFI but we can also offer the peace and quiet of the rural Irish countyside. Three double bedrooms compliment a spacious open plan ground floor. With its own grounds and parking, this stone property is on the edge of three counties and perfect for exploring the ancient south east and its coast.

The Cowshed Cottage is a lovingly restored Milking parlour with one bedroom, a bathroom & large living area with fully equipped galley kitchen, wifi, sofa that converts to a large double bed, underfloor heating & air con. It retains some of its original features while having every modern convenience. It's little front garden is perfect for your morning coffee. A Stones throw from the Greenway, minutes from a beautiful beach, Mountains views. Our little bit of Bliss we love to share with others.

Once a humble fisherman's terraced house, it has been lovingly renovated to blend charm with modern comforts. Just a two minute stroll brings you to Duncannon's famed long beach and when you work up an appetite there are a choice of pubs, restaurants and cafes.

From artist studio to guest house, this little building is an ongoing project, with so much to offer. Sitting on higher grounds just behind the main house, it has its own garden with a view to take your breath away. It’s a bit of a rise to get there but totally worth it. If you keep climbing across small fields and a strip of forest, you’ll find yourself on Slievenamon’s mountain trails. Downhill from here lies Kilcash village, pub, church, more forestry and the ruins of an old castle

Croc an Oir is a romantic retreat for a couple, and traditional features include a cosy woodburner, a half door, arched windows and a delightful loft style bedroom. There is also a private courtyard and garden.

"Hogans Cottage" is a 300 year old traditional style, converted stone barn, near our historic old farmhouse "Somers' Fort ". It retains many original features such as the original old natural slated roof, old timber beams, traditional natural slate floors, exposed original stone walls etc. etc.. It is very quiet and peaceful, on a small working tillage farm. Originally the building was the cowhouse where the cows were sheltered and fed for the winter months.

Faithlegg, Country Cottage

A cozy renovated 200 year old cottage. Situated down a country lane. You will need a car. Suitable for two adults and one small to medium size dog. There is a 25 euro fee for the dog whether you stay for one day or more. Beaches, walks and Waterford city are a 10/15 min drive. The cottage is annexed to the main house. It includes a bedroom, WC with shower, kitchen and breakfast room. The breakfast room looks out onto your own private garden.
