Nestled against remnant native bush, this location is nevertheless an easy 15 minute walk from the university and central Dunedin. 20 minutes to the Forsyth Barr Stadium. Plenty of free on-street parking and the bus route passes the front door. This area is well serviced by food outlets and there is a nearby supermarket and laundromat. Roselle Farm Cottage resides beside a farm paddock encompassing pasture, garden, and harbour views. There are sheep and sometimes lambs that you can pat and feed. The Royal Albatross Centre, Little Blue Penguins, Penguin Place, and Larnach Castle are 15-minute drive from the cottage. We are close to many beautiful beaches that host sea lions and seals. There are many great walks with scenic views. It is a self-contained cottage with everything you need for cooking and washing.

If you love being surrounded by nature but also desire proximity to town, this is the place for you! The tui retreat is a quiet and serene space surrounded by native bush and bird life. You’ll stay in the sleepout, which is a brand new, fully insulated, space which is fully detached from the main house. It has a queen bed (linen and electric blanket provided), it’s own private bathroom, mini fridge, table and chairs, and tea/coffee making facilities.
