Go on a long walk or bike ride, then return to the cottage to cook, play board games, listen the record collection or visit Viroqua (25 minutes) for a farm-to-table 5-star dinner, or check out local music. Build a warm fire outdoors/ warm up by the gas stove indoors, or go down to the stream for a sauna by the cool water creek.

Bring you UTV and ride the private trails $30 per driver and 10 per passenger or rent an UTV 300.00 per day Approx 15 miles from Priarie Du Chein, close to canoe outposts for the Kickapoo, Wisconsin river. Has a gas ,charcoal grill,fire pit, pool table, fooseball, ping pong table. Smart TV Private UTV trails are closed Oct 15th thru mid Jan for hunting. Access to public UTV trails.

Modern Rustic Family Getaway- Our cabin is not a place to stay while on vacation...our cabin is the vacation! You can come and enjoy the surrounding areas if you want, but you can also just come and spend the entire time away from the outside world. It is a quiet, peaceful, relaxing place to just unwind. Located up on a bluff, between Prairie Du Chien and Ferryville, this cabin gets you about 5 minutes from the river but allows you the serenity of being tucked away in the trees.

The log cabin was built as a place to unwind, relax, and truly unplug. Nestled among 15 acres of rolling hills, the cabin can serve as a place to hunker down and read three novels, or a home base for hiking, cycling and putting the nature back in your life. Be advised, there is NO television and that’s for good reason. Cook, drink, eat, play, relax and refresh yourself. Wake up to the songs of birds and listen to the owls at night while you’re warming yourself around a bonfire.

Located a half hour west of Cedar Rapids and 45 minutes from Iowa City for game days. Pets are welcome.

Indoor wood burning stove and pool table in entertainment room. Open upper level loft area with 3 queen beds plus 2 bedrooms on main floor. 35 min drive to Prairie Du Chien, Mcgreggor and Marquette. Large patio and outdoor fire pit. Perfect for entertaining or a getaway with the family.

Cushion Cabins East

Very private, secluded and relaxing spot within 30 yards of walking or biking trail. Enjoy wildlife, plenty of deer and eagles to watch off the large open front porch. Fire pits for each cabin with firewood provided. Grill provided in front yard. Two private bedrooms with a queen bed in each. Kitchen included microwave, 2-burner stove and full size refrigerator. Coffee make and toaster also provided. River for canoeing and kayaking within walking distance.
