Absolutely perfect place to stay! We attended with our little one and had everything we needed and more. Amélia had left us a basket of toys and provided bedding for our boy. It had everything we could possibly need and was the perfect walking distance to supermarkets and the main town. They supplied us with plenty of recommendations for us as a family to go to. Will definitely be returning if we find ourselves in Scotland again!

Great place to stay for visiting St Andrews. Situated in the perfect location and peaceful despite being on one of the 3 main streets. The flat was very clean and had all the things you need for a stay.

Our group of four was on a golf trip to St Andrews and stayed at Queens Gardens. The location is fantastic, very close to the town centre and a short walk to the world famous courses of St Andrews. The property itself is exactly as described and was both spacious and comfortable. Steven was a great host and was very happy to recommend restaurants in the area. The check in and check out experiences were seamless and straight forward. I would certainly recommend Queens Gardens to anyone travelling to St Andrews.

From the initial booking to leaving, Margarita was always quick to respond, within minutes. The apartment is beautifully appointed and had everything we needed. It is ideally located for access to the town centre and beach and the private parking spot is a real plus. Will definitely be booking again when we come back up to Arbroath. 11 out of 10!

Perfect flat to stay in St Andrews, great location 10 minutes walk from town, with lots of shops/restaurants, 20 minute walk to golf courses and beaches. Free easy parking. Comfy beds, great shower, and comfy sofa, with table in kitchen and living room. Easy access too. Martin and Nicole were great hosts, with clear instructions and helpful advice. Would recommend.

Without a shadow of a doubt, the best airbnb we have ever stayed in. The photos really don't do the property justice; so light and airy yet still comfortable. Bags and bags of character; all furnished to a very high standard. Lots of thoughtful touches from the hosts, like phone chargers and adaptors in all the rooms in case you have forgotten anything, and a stash of Tunnocks Teacakes by the kettle! We booked the property as we were visiting St Andrews for a family wedding and needed a four bedroom property, but this would very comfortably accommodate eight adults. Now looking for another reason to visit St Andrews just so we can re-book. Amazing.

A lovely flat, nicely furnished , light and airy, and well supplied. It’s well placed and easy to find. The host supplied very clear instructions and lots of useful information. Highly recommended.

We had the most wonderful stay at Lesley’s home. It was a perfect location and Lesley provided us with so much information before hand that it was very simple to get there and get in. The communication was spot on, any questions we did have Lesley was quick to reply with extra information. Next time we visit St Andrew’s we would love to stay here again! Recommend 1000%!

This was our second stay at the Lodge and everything was as good the second time around. A lovely setting, with views across to the sea, loads of space inside the property (which is very comfortable and well-presented) and great facilities too. It offers peace and quiet but is also just a short walk or drive from Carnoustie with its beach, shops, restaurants and (if you are travelling with kids) a great adventure playground. Brian and Matt were great hosts (again). We hope to be back again before long!

We’ve recently returned from a 3 night stay at Pauline’s beautiful house in Monifieth. The property is stunning with everything you could possibly need. All the bedrooms were spacious and the open plan living/dining area was perfect. The garden and patio area was great, we spent hours sitting in the sunshine. The location was perfect for us too. Pauline was an exceptional host - friendly, proactive, helpful and made our stay absolutely perfect. We look forward to returning in the near future x

This is a top notch ground floor apartment. Very spacious and luxurious with a huge living room and very well equipped kitchen. The beds were extremely comfortable and large fluffy towels provided. Garry had provided easy to follow instructions for everything and the key pad access was great. The garden is lovely and Broughty Ferry itself is beautiful with a lovely beach. No hesitation in recommending 😊

Wonderful place, exactly as depicted in the ad! Gurmukh was super responsive and flexible in accommodating our needs! Would definitely recommend and go again!

excellent property and location . easy parking and walkable access to golf club, we recommend a local restaurant The Rookery and Fish & Chip shop The Steeple. Great transport links with the railway nearby, roughly 2 hours into the heart of Edinburgh.

I stayed here for a short break. Stuart provided clear instructions how to find the property. I was within walking distance of local amenities, including what seemed to be some very nice restaurants and a beautiful beach. Ideal for a walk with my dog. Stuart also has a little dog who is impeccably well behaved and non casting. Other places I visited were Lunan Bay and Monikie Country Park. Both were ideal for a walk. The accommodation was very clean and comfortable and was an ideal base for my break. Stuart was a lovely host who was on hand to answer any questions I had regarding places to visit, etc. I hope to return at some point. Thank you Stuart.

Awesome place we did enjoy the home and my kids named it White House. We miss Dundee and Scotland generally

Great little spot , easy access into the centre of town , no need for any taxis !

We stayed here for many weeks, it was so nice we extended our stay. Jacqueline was a lovely, helpful and kind host. The property is stunning. Every morning we had breakfast looking out across the River Tay. It is a very short walk to the V and A and all the shops of the city centre. The bedrooms are comfortable and quiet and the location peaceful.

We had a lovely relaxing 3 night stay. It felt very homely in a quiet cul-de-sac. Close to all amenities and the beach and costal walk. Bed was extremely comfy and lovely soft towels. Sarah was a great host, very helpful and responsive to messages.

We only stayed one night - checked in late and left early between two busy (and wonderful) days of golf. But if you are staying in Carnoustie- this is a great place to stay. Property is immaculate and accommodations and beds were great. View is straight out over the green and to the sea within 1 minute walk to the Carnoustie clubhouse. Parking was easy in the back and access was easy (you are up 3 flights of stairs) - but the view overcomes that issue quickly! If I was coming back to Carnoustie I would definitely recommend staying in Gray’s property.
