Beautiful property, very clean, close to town and hiking, thoughtful touches. We really appreciated the kids touches such as booster seats and pack and plays!

Nathan was super responsive, helpful, and just went out of his way to make it a lovely stay. The building was so nice for a cozy long weekend!

This is a beautiful apartment with wonderful views of Lake Superior. It is conveniently located and includes amenities such as an outdoor hot tub, exercise room, game room, and rooftop seating and firepit. We love staying here and will do so again.

We had a great stay. So convenient to use the wonderful pool and hot tub. Cosy and had everything we needed for a visit. Definitely would come back.

We went for spring break and hit the weather jackpot - got to go hiking everyday! We cooked every meal at home, and the kitchen was well equipped.

This was a perfect set up for our three families to join together and visit family up in Duluth. There was plenty of space for a group of people to hang out, but also room to retreat to other areas. They had plenty of dishes and things to use in the kitchen so when we were cooking, we had enough stuff. The only thing we wished was a little different where there were room darkening blinds in the room downstairs as those guests had trouble sleeping because of the lights of the bar. We would definitely stay at this place again! I bet in the summer is absolutely beautiful!

We had a fantastic, peaceful stay. The place was gorgeous, and with a very well equipped kitchen for cooking. Our host was super responsive, he even let us know where to see a fox den and some cubs on the property, which delighted our daughter. The house itself was comfortable, well appointed, and with no detailed overlooked. We would definitely stay again!

This is our second stay at Benjamin and Molly’s House on the Hill and it has been amazing each time! The hosts are very proactive in their communication and quickly respond to any questions or updates. The house itself is wonderful for a large group, has beautiful gathering spaces, but also lots of cozy nooks to get some quiet time. We didn’t have kids at the house with us, but the house is well outfitted with lots of children’s equipment, books, and toys. Can’t wait to stay here again next year!

This house was newer and beautiful inside. The heated floors were wonderful. It was also a bonus to be able to park inside the garage as it was very cold and windy weather during our stay. The host was very responsive if we had questions. We would stay here again. There is a fair amount of traffic in the area (and it is nearer to the airport) but was a great location for us.

This is a great option for a Duluth getaway! The hilltop views are very impressive and it’s a short jaunt down to Canal Park. We had no difficulties finding close street parking. The condo was incredibly clean and modern. Would stay again!

We decided on a trip up north for our mid-March 'Spring Vacation' with our college boys. This location was a beautiful, peaceful getaway for our family, along with our dog! With the view of Lake Superior, the cozy fireplaces, the in-home hot tubs, along with the community pool and indoor/outdoor hot tub; we really didn't need to venture out at all. However, we did do a hike at Gooseberry Falls and further up the road at Split Rock lighthouse and a day-trip back to Duluth. To end the day in the community hot-tub under the stars was a treat for us all! The kitchen was well stocked with the necessary pots, pans, and appliances to make a few meals, and I can't forget to mention the comfortable beds and the super soft towels! It felt good to be spoiled a bit and the crisp fresh air on the deck was a cherry on top! Thank you for sharing this gem with us!
