This efficiency apartment, located on the ground floor of our home, has its own entrance, a Queen bed, full kitchen, bathroom with a standing shower, living room with tv, community gym, and washer and dryer access, Our pond has bass, so bring your fishing pole, or read a book while sitting by a babbling creek. Enjoy a small fire at the whimsical chiminea located in the patio area.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway cabin on 11 acres/2 beautiful ponds. Only 15 minutes away from the most beautiful beaches in Florida! Take a walk "out back" on Eglin's Reservation and true Florida nature trails. Visit our horses at the stable; give them a carrot or two. Have a horse? Bring him with you! We board our Horse Guests too! Trail ride your horse one day and go to the beach the next day! Need more rooms? STABLE CABIN and NUT HOUSE Listings are on the property too!

If you want to escape traffic and people, this is the perfect place. Destin, Pensacola, Navarre, and Fort Walton Beach are a hour drive away. Beautiful local parks and rivers are within 10 minutes. This is the place for hunters hunting blackwater! Blackwater State Forest is steps away from the camper and river, just a two minute drive down the road. My wife and I own and live in the house, but the portion of the house we are using as Airbnb has a private house entrance, bedroom, bathroom, and living room area. As well as the use of a washing machine and dryer. We are 2 minutes from WalMart, 15 minutes from Okaloosa Island beaches, and 20 minutes from Destin. We have a coffee machine, microwave, propane grill, and mini fridge set up. We allow pets at a $50 additional charge and have a large fenced in back yard for them.
