This is a 'Designed by Davis' home. This calm oasis is conveniently located just .2 east of the University of Oklahoma and Gaylord Family - Oklahoma Memorial Stadium. Come home to one king, memory foam mattress, a quaint living area, and a fully stocked kitchen. **Please note that this is a second story apartment. Beautiful traditional spacious ranch house less than a mile east of the OU campus. Easy walk to the Mont and large driveway for multiple car parking. Great place for family and friends to get away for the weekend or enjoy events on the OU campus. GREAT game day house. It is a quiet neighborhood so loud parties are not allowed. Recently updated kitchen appliances. New flooring and new carpeting in bedrooms. We keep updating as we go!
