This unique studio space has an open floor plan, murphy bed, vaulted ceilings and custom kitchen. Located one mile from campus corner, downtown and the University of Oklahoma there is easy access to stores, restaurants, museums and a 25 minute drive to Oklahoma City.

The Nestled Inn

Get away to a limitless Nestled Retreat. This all-in-one level accessible home features a pleasant great room, complete with a queen sofa bed and an open full kitchen. There are two barrier-free bathrooms, two spacious bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and a second with a queen bed. The delightful "Alley Nest", a cottage located in back, can be added to accommodate one or two more guests. No weapons on property. No pets or smoking allowed. A $200 cleaning fee will be charged for any violations, including smoke odor or related items like cigarette butts. This applies to the unit and all common areas.
