Enjoy an easy walk to game day or a few minute drive to Main St to find all your favorite food spots in town. With two bedrooms (queen sized beds & closets), one bathroom, cozy living room space (pullout couch), full kitchen/dining area (pots, pans, utensils included) & a relaxing backyard patio, we tried to think of everything to make your stay safe, convenient & worth coming back to!

This unique studio space has an open floor plan, murphy bed, vaulted ceilings and custom kitchen. Located one mile from campus corner, downtown and the University of Oklahoma there is easy access to stores, restaurants, museums and a 25 minute drive to Oklahoma City.

The Nestled Inn

Get away to a limitless Nestled Retreat. This all-in-one level accessible home features a pleasant great room, complete with a queen sofa bed and an open full kitchen. There are two barrier-free bathrooms, two spacious bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and a second with a queen bed. The delightful "Alley Nest", a cottage located in back, can be added to accommodate one or two more guests. Outside, enjoy dining and lounging on the wrap-around porch-fun for all ages and abilities.

The Prancying Pony is a short walk to the University of Oklahoma Campus, Historic Downtown Arts District, restaurants, and dining. The Pony is a quiet and secluded cabana with beautiful garden and pool. The ambiance, the outdoor space, and neighborhood make this the ideal location for exploring the best of Norman. This apartment is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. The apartment has one, gated parking spot. Also included is the use of an outdoor grill.

This charming, vintage home, built in 1938, is the perfect place for a romantic getaway or visiting friends and family. The dark interiors and vintage mood will transport you back in time creating a unique experience to enjoy your favorite glass of wine or whiskey. The Mosier Manor is located close to Norman's downtown, where you can explore all that the city has to offer. You'll love the convenience and charm of this unique and vintage home.

Charming tiny house near OU campus

Nestled in the trees overlooking Eastwood park, just blocks from the OU campus in one direction and the unique shops and restaurants of Main Street in the other, this sweet little hidden gem is perfect for visiting professors, parents or anyone looking for a quiet retreat. *Please note, there are several uneven steps and a gravel path leading to the entrance of the guest house. Definitely NOT suitable for visitors with mobility issues.

Come and go as you please from this completely remodeled private entry suite. Quiet neighborhood less than 1 mile to south campus. Enjoy a queen size platform bed and walk-in shower. Cozy and clean. Your space shares a wall with our home’s den. (with newly installed insulation and a solid core door to deter sound though we can’t guarantee you won't hear our small children.)

Historic house with high end furnishings in a quiet, established neighborhood. Two houses down from the Mont and a few blocks from the OU stadium, the location is exceptional and well kept inside. My yard is a work in progress. The space is inviting and fully equipped but this is not a house for loud people/parties/barking dogs. No noise after 9pm.
