This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. Plenty of Ancient Román sites to visit in Split and a lot of adventurous activities in Omis, such as rafting, canyoning, zip-line, free climbing. The house was built in 1968 but fully renovated in 2020. The outside area is pretty secluded and it includes heated non-chemical pool with sun beds, shower, and two sitting areas with a dining table for 8.
