Situated one block from Town Square, Rothesay Cottage consists of the front rooms of an original 1870s home, moved from Newbury by steam tractor in 1928. The overall style is a hybrid of 1870s and 1920s Art Deco to reflect its history. Your queen room boasts a stunning period bedroom suite complete with ensuite. Your snug (cosy lounge) includes the original operational Edwardian fireplace with a modern cupboard kitchenette. The front verandah has been enclosed to create a sunroom with daybed.

We are surrounded by nature, and a few minutes from The Falls and historic Trentham with cafes, pubs, walking tracks and a lot of history.

Great restaurants, cafes in nearby historic Piper St Kyneton and Malmsbury farmers market. This is an area not to be missed located 55 minutes from Melbourne and just 25 minutes to Daylesford.
