my family and I had a great week at the Coach house, and the house was spacious and very well equipped and clean. the main attractions are outdoors! the lake at the bottom of the driveway! the beach, the private hot tub was amazing and so spacious. the games room was fab! everyone loved it, from the adults to the kids, hours of entertainment 😀 highly recommend 👌

We had an amazing stay at Caroline and Patrick's! Even though the weather wasn't great, there was so much for us and the kids to do! The pool was fantastic, basketball, tennis, etc- something for all of us. The house was spotless and we had everything we needed. The bed linen was so soft and the mattresses very comfortable. The indoor fire was also very special. We were so grateful for our stay, and can't wait to visit again! Simply can't recommend enough!

Absolutely loved our stay! It was my mums 87th burthday weekend. Rose was wonderful, managed an early check in to a great home, everything we could possibly ask for, so cosy and everything thought about. Cosy, comfy and a definite home from home. Close enough to everything we wanted to do. The dogs were in heaven! Cose to Lough Eske hotel, we did afternoon tea which was lovely! Harveys Point also very close by. The pool and sauna were great! I would 100% come back to stay in the Sawmill.

Anna and Luke's place was amazing. Beautifully renovated cottage in peaceful, private surroundings. The sauna and natural river dip was magical at night, even in the rain! Lovely comfy bed and couch to relax on, it was the perfect place to unwind. We will be back!

Superb stay. Really great welcome with a lovely welcome pack including wine, biscuits, coffee, tea, milk, butter, porridge, brown bread and marmalade. House very clean. Great number of tv stations. Less than 5 min walk to town with shops and pubs. Lovely river walk 2 mins away. Nice playground literally across the road. Swimming pool is outdoors and only open in summer months. Perfect place to explore some great countryside. Particularly loved Hazelwood forest, and Carrowkeel Passage tombs and the caves at Kesh Corran in Sligo, all well worth visiting. Billy and Orlagh could not have been kinder, perfect hosts. it really did feel like home. would 100% recommend this house.

We had a great stay at David's place. It is a comfortable house with 3 bedrooms which is really handy for family with kids. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking, although we decided to eat most of the time at the hotel restaurant which is very handy and just next door + with great facilities (restaurant, pool etc.)

we'd a great stay in the cottage. Claire was amazing! so quick to reply and even purchased a new BBQ free I inquired if there was 1!!! now that's service. place looks exactly like the photos. beds were comfy. only noise was the birds and the lambs ☺️. 10 minutes walk to the local pub and shop. 10 minutes in Longford town. thanks again for everything Claire. look forward to visiting again

My brother and myself were paying a visit to relatives who live in the area..we found Sheila’s air B&B to be very accommodating..very homely ..warm ..private ..as my brother described it to being like “ home from home “.accommodation was very clean and well equipped .We could not find fault at all . We met Sheila before departing and had a lovely friendly chat and discovered she knew our relatives . We would definitely use this accommodation again if it met our requirement dates .

Our stay in Sligo was wonderful! We were in town for a wedding at Markree castle which is located about 15 minutes away in a car. The house was very clean and very comfortable. Carmel was extremely communicative and friendly, she even sent me a calendar of the live music in the town which my whole family used. Would fully recommend staying here!

The children and I had a lovely peaceful stay. The house was cosy and clean with beautiful views!

Chris and Colette were fantastic hosts, ensuring that every need was met during my stay. Their property is exceptionally well-maintained, and I look forward to returning in April 2025. Having not visited Sligo since childhood, I was delighted to find it so conveniently located near my old home. The river walk to Dooley Park is particularly beautiful and adds to the charm of the area. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful house by the lake. Michael’s directions were useful and he was quick to reply to messages. The house is open plan and very spacious, was warm and clean and had everything we needed. We visited in February and can imagine how great it would be to be there in the summer. We would consider returning to this location and our only recommendation would be a play area for kids as there is plenty of space around the property.

This house has very good vibes and you immediately feel at home once you enter the door. It is extremely suitable to families and our kids really loved spending time in the house. The house is very peaceful, has stunning views and is very warm. It is also very practical, as the kitchen is very well-equipped and there's everything in the house what you need as a family. We really recommend this place to anyone who loves peace and nature.

Our family of 5 adults enjoyed our stay at Mary and Ray's home. Each of our 4 rooms had an ensuite bathroom, and the home was equipped with heated floors on the lower level, as well as a wood stove, gas fireplace, and dimmable lights for a cozy evening ambiance. The home has many personal touches like motion sensor night lights in the entrance, staircase, and bedrooms, as well as a display of various family members' drawings and paintings. The view of the lake is amazing. There are many lovely restaurants in the area, including a reservation-only prix-fixe restaurant serving venison and partridge. This is a European home, and we were surprised to see a few added luxuries like a few screened windows as well as a tumble dryer (to soften line-dried clothes). Mary and Ray were incredibly responsive and hospitable to us throughout our stay.

Lovely house in beautiful, peaceful surroundings. Andrew was super helpful and very quick to respond to any questions. The house was so private and tranquil, really good space to get away from it all. Would highly recommend.

What can I say only: Wonderful, Wonderful, Wonderful. Carmel is one of those very special people you meet in life. She is just such an Amazing host. We loved our stay in her house. it's just 2-3mins drive from the town. Also 10mins drive from Crom Estate where which is an idyllic place where you can while away the days walking, canoeing etc etc... Highly recommended Carmel's lovely home. Don't think twice. Just book it!!

Great house for a family of 10 (6 adults and 4 children). Daniel was very responsive to our queries and even put up a little Christmas tree for us 🎄

Lovely quiet location short walk to Lough Rynn castle where we attended a wedding.The house was well equipped spotlessly clean and beds were very comfortable Chris also left supplies for breakfast as well as little treats. Thank you Chris

We stayed in Stephen’s house for two nights as we were attending a wedding in the castle. The house was a very short stroll to the hotel. The house was spotless, fresh linen, kitchen had everything we needed and even an iron and ironing board for the last minute ironing. Stephen was extremely helpful with recommendations on where to eat and even walks in the local area. We would recommend staying in Stephen’s house.

We had a great stay. Spacious rooms, clean and had everything what we needed.
