Stay For 4 days, 5 adults and 2 kids Nice, peaceful, clean and great location Full Kitchen equipment and utensils if you do your own laundry, they have all the things you need lots of Fruits, Coffee, Noodles etc. And have extra-bed. We never meet in person but the owner always communicates well and gives complete and clear instructions. 5 out of 5 Very Recommended

Guy you won't believe. It was totally exceeded my expectation. they even gave us early check in without hesitation. When u reach there you are greeted with nice cheerful Ben and his wife Galuh, they even ask if we have any issues or we need anything and willingly to help our stay as comfortable possible. whatever you is all in the house and also the pool not to mention. Very beautiful villa with huge rooms, fantastic paddy fields view, very cozy. Mr.Tri also very helpful and try his best to make our stay comfortable. Location near many tourist attractions with less crowded traffic. Highly recommended place to stay.

Rumahnya sangat nyaman! Seperti pulang ke rumah nenek... Sangat tenang, housekeepernya very helpful, sarapannya tepat waktu, rasanya enak, hanya kurang mesin cuci aja, tapi semuanya sudah bagus

The place is clean and comfortable as shown in the photos. The check in and check out process is not complicated according to the instructions from the host. The facilities in the unit are complete and great.

I love the place as it shows exactly like the photos on the apps. place is very comfortable with not too much elegant touch. you will feel like you are actually at home. Dian who met us during check-in time was very kind as well. she explained all the important things and is very responsive when we have any question. I will book this place again for sure when I come back with my family next time

seperti d rmh sndiri, walaupun minimalis tp lengkap semua ada dr mesin cuci kompor cuma kurang magic com saja... smua berfungsi dengan baik, cuma kalau tv nya bisa buat youtube, anak2 makin senang....

Great place to stay with big family. We stayed for 3D2N. Pak Heru and Pak Andi were very helpful and friendly. Kitchen utensils and amenities is really complete. Definitely will comeback if we visit Yogya again.

I stayed at this villa for 2 days, and it was a fantastic experience! The house had a really cozy and comfortable atmosphere, making it feel like home. The surrounding area was peaceful, yet it was super close to the city center of Yogyakarta, so it was easy to explore and enjoy the city. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything I needed, which made it convenient to cook my own meals. There are also plenty of food options around the villa, which was great. On top of that, the price was really affordable for such a well-equipped place. I highly recommend staying here—great value for money, and I would definitely come back!

Rumah sangat bersih. kamar tidur semua nyaman, adem. bahkan disediakan kasur tambahan. fasilitas sangat lengkap. lingkungan mudah dijangkau, pgn ngegrab, pesen alfagift, bisa semua. dan rumahnya sangat luas, kita yg ber10 masih berasa longgar tempatnya. terima kasih banyak, recomended bgt utk kalian yg berbanyak.

very friendly host, very helpful and nice, always available, he has been kind to us all the way through and understanding, mentioned that if we need anything to let him know and that he would provide it for us, offered us to go out for food and get to see the place, try out different foods and see what the place is like in general, the house is very very beautiful and cozy, after we had to check out we wanted to come back and stay there some more time, will be coming back here on the next trip for sure :D

Everything was nice and feels like home. Helpful staff. Nice neighbors. Near to center of jogja. The house located in small street, but it’s okay lah as long as a car can get through. Overall nice nice, definitely will come back again.

this house is at a very convenient location; the landlord is friendly and sent us fruit :) the only thing that might need attention is that not every restroom is well equipped with heater

The house was easy to find & check-in process was very easy & straightforward. The beds were very clean & AC cold. The kitchen was part of the connecting house and also shared but the tenants were never in the way. We had some trouble with the TV, but was so quickly handled. The location is close to Malioboro area which was perfect since we were with first-time Jogja visitors. The stay was pleasant and we were able to get ample rest after long days of exploring Jogja. Thank you for having us!

We booked the second time and where again really happy with Ferry’s accommodation. It’s super clean, many nice details and just really comfy to stay. It’s very quiet so it’s easy to get a good rest after a long day of exploring. The WiFi connection is fast and good for working. I will definitely be back!
