Nene hat uns spontan noch abends um 22.00 aufgenommen, nachdem wir eine Notunterkunft benötigt haben. Vielen Dank für diese Flexibilität. Die Wohnung selbst ist modern, neuwertig und sauber eingerichtet mit allem nötigen Komfort. Wir haben zu fünft gut Platz gehabt. Der Weg zum Meer ist eine kurze " Wanderung" bergab durch tolle Olivenhaine mit einer wunderbaren Tierwelt.

Vi følte os hjemme med det samme, huset er ekstremt smukt indrettet med finurlige humoristiske ting alle vegne. Herlig have, vi gik en lang tur i omegnen og havde alt hvad vi skulle bruge til at lave mad. Stedet er en perle hvis du vil have fred og ro!

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour. La maison était propre et confortable, la vue superbe ! Aleksandar très sympathique. L'accès à la maison est un peu "sport" ;) mais en conduisant lentement, tout se passe bien. Enfin la région est sublime.

L'accueil a été formidable ainsi que la communication avec Ante. La maison était impeccable et tout le nécessaire était présent. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

We loved our stay at the beautiful stone house on the Bay of Kotor! The location was perfect, easy to explore neighboring towns of Kotor and Perast, lots of great restaurants within a short drive (and a few within walking distance). We loved the quiet street and the location right on the water was absolutely perfect to enjoy the outdoors (a huge plus to have a paddle board for our use as well!). House was spacious and comfortable, and the hosts were so lovely, allowing us to check in early and were very responsive to any questions we had. They also provided wine and fruit and some great local recommendations. I would definitely recommend and would stay again!

We had a really good time in Nada's cute little cottage. The peace and quiet in the middle of the olive groves is healing for every soul. Nada's hospitality is overwhelming and she spoilt us with lots of home-made delicacies. Thank you Nada, this wonderful evening will remain in our hearts. And thank you Jelica for the good and professional organisation.

Sve je bilo super. Dočekao nas je Ivan, i ponudio nam pršuta, sira i kolača. On je bio vrlo ljubazan i dao nam je dobre savjete za što posjetiti i pogledati u okolici. Sve je bilo kako je i bilo opisano. Vrlo mirno mjesto.

Просто влюбились в это место! Это именно тот уютный уголок, который хочется найти для отдыха в горах. Всё, начиная от продуманного интерьера и заканчивая потрясающими видами из окон, сделано так, чтобы вы чувствовали себя в гармонии с природой. Машину можно спокойно оставить у дома, и никаких хлопот. До горнолыжки – буквально пару минут на машине, так что идеально для любителей покататься. Внутри – невероятно стильно. Всё в натуральных материалах, деревянные элементы, большие окна, через которые открывается сказочный вид. Кухня укомплектована всем, что нужно, чтобы приготовить вкусный завтрак или ужин, нет стиральной машины, имейте это в виду. Нам это не мешало, но для длительного отдыха может быть нюансом. Отдельное спасибо хозяевам – настолько приветливые и заботливые люди, что чувствуешь себя дорогим гостем. Мы уже мечтаем вернуться!

One of the best Airbnbs we’ve ever stayed. My husband and I spent 4 nights in Bojana’s apartment. Great location on the marina and two minutes’ walk from South gate of old town Kotor. You get the location and peacefulness. You can also eat outside as there is a table at your disposal on the patio. We have enjoyed our offer in the morning looking at the marina. The apartment is beautiful, newly renovated- it seems-, extremely clean , spacious and very comfortable. Bojana is a super host - she has great recommendations for restaurants, activities ( boat tour, beaches …). And another major advantage is - and believe me you will appreciate it once in Kotor- is a parking space reserved for you. Thank you very much Bojana for a wonderful stay at your place.

Ivan and Natasha have created an incredibly beautiful, welcoming place with a great view of the mountains and only ten minutes from the ski slopes. They are really warm people and incredibly accommodating to all my requests. The spa with a pool, jacuzzi, salt room and sauna was an added plus. Altogether, this place is a real discovery and worth much more than every penny they charged. Thanks to you two!

We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad bij de familie Duzevic. Het appartement is erg schoon, met een goed uitgeruste keuken, een fijne douche en een goed bed. Het appartement ligt op loopafstand van het centrum met supermarkt, bakker en fijne restaurants. De familie is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Er werd groente gedeeld uit de tuin - zo lief! Wij bevelen dit appartement ten zeerste aan!

Vjera and her husband were the loveliest people. They went out of their way to make our stay memorable and enjoyable and went above and beyond to help us when our rental car wouldn’t start. Their place is exactly like the photos, it is homely and cosy. They left us fruit and sweets and even brought over absolutely delicious pancakes. The area is absolutely stunning, it blew our socks off! Would love to visit again and stay in their wonderful place.

Nikola and Monika are great hosts. Very friendly and proactive. The place is central, close to basically everything you need, but still peaceful and private. Beautifully decorated and pristine clean! Highly recommend!

Unser Urlaub in der Villa war mega angenehm und wir wurden herzlich empfangen. Das Grundstück ist sehr groß und hat Granatapfelbäume, Apfelbäume, Birnbäume und der Baum von dem wir am meisten gegessen haben war der Feigenbaum, mit den leckersten Feigen überhaupt. Außerdem war das ganze Grundstück sehr sauber und man konnte sofort sehen das auf Sauberkeit und Hygiene sehr viel Wert gelegt wurde, was uns mit Kindern sehr wichtig war. Meine Kinder haben das Schwimmen und reinspringen mit den Schwimmwesten sehr gefallen. Vorallem der besuch von Katzen die wohl den Nachbarn gehörten, hatte unsere Kinder sehr erfreut. Naheliegend war auch das Meer (25-30Min) wohin wir einen Ausflug machten und auch Lebensmittelläden sind gut erreichbar(5-10min). Die Aussicht war auch mega, das ganze hat einen Landschaftsvibe da es auf dem Berg oben liegt. Was uns auch positiv auffiel waren die Insektengitter bei allen Fenstern und Balkontür. Alles in einem, sehr schöner Familienurlaub mit 3 Kindern.

That was our best stay ever. contact and response with the owners is immedietly. Cooking equipment is more than enough for 3-4 people at the same time. heated pool and grill is another advantage. everything was clean and well prepared. we recived lot of beach towels and normal towels. view from pool is awesome. 10min walk to shop. we didnt have any problem with broken glasses which have been broken accidentally during our stay. there were nothing i could complain. i will keep in mind this place for my trip in future. For our check our they gave US delicous chocolates and wine. We are young group and we didnt burn this house 😂 i can trully recommend this owner!

Lovely staying, very relaxing We stayed 4 nights but wished to stay longer

Our group of six had a great stay at Sandra’s home. There was plenty of space for everyone and we loved the beautiful views from every room in the home. It was also very easy to get to the Old City and to lots of restaurants from the home.

I had the most amazing birthday trip I could have asked for. Not only was the villa absolutely stunning, and a mesmerising place to wake up and relax in, the host made our trip infinitely better with his friendly disposition and excellent recommendations. We could not have had the time we had without the host, he made the trip the very best it could have been. Unforgettable, thank you for everything from the bottom of my heart xx

schöne, ruhig gelegene Unterkunft mit sehr schönem Ausblick. Das Haus ist sehr gut gepflegt und alles ist sauber und in Ordnung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, der Pool wurde jeden Morgen gereinigt und wir bekamen frische Brötchen vom Vermieter geliefert. Den Strand ereichst du zu Fuss in ca 10-15 min. Ich kann die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen, Kroation ist traumhaft schön, und dieses Haus ist sehr landestypisch und wundwevoll.

We had the most incredible stay at this villa! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning views and beautiful surroundings. The villa itself is immaculately designed - spacious, modern, and with all the amenities you could possibly need. The rooms were comfortable and beautifully furnished. The host - Goran and his son were incredibly welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed, offering excellent local recommendations for dining and activities. The location is perfect, offering both privacy and easy access to nearby attractions. I can’t recommend this place enough. We truly had an unforgettable experience and can’t wait to return!
