Parkering på tomt. Sengetøy/håndklær må medbringes, utvask må utføres av leietager. Hund/katt tillat, og det bor to katter ute, allergikere må være obs på dette.

You'll love the place in quiet surroundings and wild nature, the view, the large outdoor areas with direct access to the river. Two canoes & one boat included, ready for taking you out for fishing or just for an adventure up the river. An hour drive from the house you wil reach the nearest mountains to Oslo, Vikerfjell, a great place for hiking and biking.

(25 km) See slopenet at Skiforeningen. 30 min drive to OSL airport, 40 min Oslo city. 4 km to Grua st and train to Oslo. Tv2 «Sommerhytta 2023», spilt inn her.

Svært gode solforhold, kveldsol og vakre solnedganger. Alt på hytta kan disponeres, båt med elektrisk påhengsmotor, kajakk og kano. Det er en grunn og barnevennlig sandstrand. 10-12 meter ut er det gode dypdeforhold. Gode fiskemuligheter, med forskjellige lokale fiskeslag TVen er tilkoblet med Apple TV

Leiligheten har en fantastisk beliggenhet med sjøutsikt midt i Svelvik sentrum. Gangavstand til alle fasiliteter som restauranter, butikker, serveringssteder, badeplasser mm. Cosy cabin with fantastic view

Cosy cabin with a great view. 200 meters to the nearest beach and 800 meters to a big public beach. Sun from 8 am to 10 pm in the summer. Large terrace on three levels. Kitchen holds a modern standard. Main cabin holds to bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with a single bed), living room, dining area (with a kitchen sofa that can be made in to a double bed) and kitchen. Second cabin is the bathroom and third cabin is a bedroom. Note: The third cabin is without electricity.

3 days minimum June-September. With breathtaking views over the lake and sun from morning to evening this newly refurbished home has everything you need to have a memorable experience.
