The apartment is located in the hart of the medieval town of Motovun. The main square, city wall, bars, restaurants and shops are a couple of minutes walking distance. There is a private parking (included in the price) in front of the house which is really rare in the historic center. This small studio apartment is located right next to the sea, with closest beach just a minute away. Just steps away from UNESCO world heritage site Euphrasian Basilica as well as the shops and restaurants. There is a parking space in the garden free of charge - (not suitable for large vehicles such are vans and larger). Small pets are welcome. There is a fee of 8 euros a day for a pet payable on the arrival. If you have large pet or more than one pet please contact me prior to reservation.
